It makes me mad.

That's her JOB as Vice President to preside over the Senate and attend these meetings.  I know exactly why she didn't attend.  She leans Palestinian.  She said she would talk to him later.  Other left-leaning Congress men and women boycotted and said so.

J.D. Vance's spokesperson said he had "stuff to do as Vice-President nominee".  If I were J.D. Vance and I wanted to be the Vice-President and I saw that she was not doing her job - wild horses would not have kept me away from the meeting.  I would show everyone that I was ready to move into her spot.

We know her stance towards Israel.  What is his?

It also disgusts me. In my opinion, Netanyahu came here for a reason, and that reason could only be to help and support Israel's war, and he was shunned. I suppose you are aware of the antisemitism pro-Palestinian protests that took place.

I watched clips of Harris's interviews; she admits she is pro-Palestinian. She is so far left; Biden is a conservative by comparison. If she is elected, turn out the lights; the party is over, and we are in deep kimchi.

We know for a fact Trump is a supporter of our friend and ally, Israel, and a personal friend of Netanyahu. If elected, Vance would be #2 under Trump, working toward Trump's agenda and goals. It seems that, at this time, if either of them had met with Netanyahu, it would have flamed the fire and protests even more.

Besides, currently, neither one of them can do anything to support Israel anyway. Had Vance met with Netanyahu, it would only give the left more political ammunition to use against them.

I cannot comprehend the stupidity of global leaders, and their Two-State solution will resolve anything other than weakening Israel. The stated platform and objective of the Arab and Muslim world is to drive Israel into the sea and remember her no more (genocide). These Einstein globalists never mention that.

This country is a mess and at a crossroads, morally and politically. I have to limit my news consumption because I get so angry. I know I am only passing through this world, not my eternal home. I am heaven-bound and know who wins in the end.

Still, as an American patriot and veteran, I cringe, and I am ashamed of about half of America with its satanic political correctness, values, and morals. Biden is proud of his purported accomplishments and legacy. Imagine what Harris will do if elected.

The above reminds me of 2 Timothy 3:1-5 and the last days.

It's time to take a double dose of my chill pills. 😊

From "TheHill, com"   (video on the page so I can't post URL)

Quote

Sen. JD Vance (Ohio) will not attend the speech to a joint session of Congress by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday, a Trump campaign adviser told The Hill on Monday.

Jason Miller, senior adviser to the Trump campaign, said in a statement that Vance has “duties to fulfill as the Republican nominee for Vice President.”

“Senator Vance stands steadfastly with the people of Israel in their fight to defend their homeland, eradicate terrorist threats, and bring back their countrymen held hostage,” Miller said.

“He will not, however, be in attendance for Prime Minister Netanyahu’s speech to Congress.”

Vance, who is holding campaign events in Ohio and Virginia on Monday, will defer to former President Trump for direct communication with Netanyahu this week, according to a source familiar with the matter.

So I looked up the meeting....it was at some sorority!!!   Refusing to attend when Netanyahu comes to speak....our closest ally in the Middle East!!!   Going to a sorority meeting instead!!!   Another dumb move on Kamala Harris' part.

Here's an excerpt from MSN.com.    The articles all had videos so can't post them.

"Vice President Kamala Harris is snubbing America’s biggest ally in the Middle East for a sorority party.

On Tuesday, Israeli officials described Harris’ decision to skip Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address to Congress this week as a “boycott,” and said it was “disappointing.”"

A page from 2019 (now removed) from GovTrac said she is the most liberal senator ever.

The page also said she missed many voting sessions in Congress but was second highest in submitting bills.

Actually it wasn't just some  sorority, but instead a key support and fund raising meeting for securing black voters, getting out the black vote, plus raising some $200,000 dollars at that one meeting.

I think it was scheduled far longer than was the "visit " by Netanyahu. In some sense of fareness one might consider her personal meeting, one on one, with Netanyahu to be more important than her sitting as VP at a joint session of congress.

Vice President Harris met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.

She is going to just overwhelm Trump at most every turn  over these next few weeks and months. I'm still all in For RFK Jr. myself, but I realize that now the energy in the Democrat party will just swamp the Republicans.

I can only hope that the serious support for RFK Jr. will not fad as the onslaught by Harris over Trump becomes  very apparent. And that many non Trumper Republicans will support RFK Jr. at the ballot box.

While one may  find Harris  to be objectionable politically and even personally, as I do,  it is a serious mistake to underestimate her.

At any rate, God is sovereign and my hope is certain for it is placed in Jesus alone.

She appeals to the Woke crowd.

I saw one of her ads where she was on the stage of the Ru Paul Drag Queen show with several drag queens.

Sure she does, and guess what they outnumber "us" today.

My hope is certain in Jesus; but am in  the world, though not of it; and the world is loudly embracing all that is evil, pridefully so.

I proclaim Jesus is Lord to an unsaved world (my little part of it), but I do not expect all to say," oh how cool let's all be like you." No it just isn't going to be that way. Many of us may soon find out that gulag is not a Hungarian dinner dish.

None the less just as Paul did at the very worst of moments for him personally, far worse than I am likely to face, I am to count it all for joy. Can I do that? I hope so, Can if I rely on the faith of Jesus.

Hi, I think  he, Vance, was boxed in by the rift between Netanyahu and "The Donald". Trump having called Netanyahu disloyal to him, for Vance to then be popping up and down,  like a puppet at that joint session like the rest of the Republicans there, would have looked bad  while Trump had still not yet reconciled  with Netanyahu- if that is what may occur today Friday  7/26/24.

My guess is Vance simply could not upstage Trump before Trump's scheduled meeting with Netanyahu today ( Friday), nor could he have sat on his hands at that joint session of Congress.

Trump must be the star that is not upstaged by his own VP, else he will turn on him in a heartbeat. Just the way things have to be, especially when dealing with Trump, as so many have learned up close and personal.

Vance is no longer independent he is an echo of his master the  Republican Presidential candidate for President. What Vance does is surely orchestrated by the Donald.

If Trump reconciles with Netanyahu then Vance will echo that  change of stance too, but he cannot do so before Trump. Trump may not reconcile at all.

The Lord raises up rulers and nations, and he brings them down. He is sovereign. My hope is placed on the faith of Jesus alone.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
