With all due respect, FPG, I have seen you make a lot of claims, but you haven't given the basis for your claims (beyond conspiracy theory websites). When yo say, "Look it up," where would you have us look it up? The Bible doesn't say, "by the year 2012" or the like; so how do you suppose we will come to your conclusion of the matter by reading the Scriptures? Or is there some news article to explain things?

Truly, you have not been clear as to why things will be as you claim, nor where you obtained this information.

And the way you speak here is as if you had prophetic authority from God . . . yet I have not seen your posts to be reflective of God's ministry - preaching the good news, healing the brokenheart, encouraging us to grow in faith, and the like.

So, where is it you are coming from? And in whose name are you speaking?

The dollar is purposefully being debased by the Federal Reserve. Every time they cut rates it raises inflation. Inflation is a tax on the poor and middle class. It would take awhile to describe economic theory and law to you in full. Though Glory has heard enough from me on this to connect dots, this is who and what I was refering to. I no longer care to argue a point most don't understand any longer. My thoughts concerning the future come from an economic stand point. In 2010 there is a plan to go with an Amero (a new currency). As a nation we would not voluntarily accept this unless our currency was failing us. But we will accept this new currency with open arms. The dollar did not rise and fall by accident. This has been planned for decades. We are on a fake money (fiat) system that is being used as a tool to promote a one world currency (the chip). Timelines of these agendas have been set. That is what my claims are based on. Not a Mayan calendar. I do not know an exact time for much. But I am sure when I say that in 5 years this will be a different country (territory) than most imagine. The world appears to be divided more than ever. But the truth is, is much of it is joining together at a pace unimaginable. BTW- the election will not matter concerning these agendas. All 3 are CFR members and these plans have been written and are currently being carried out as we speak. But we are blindsided with Iraq, Afghanistan and Islam as being forces to contend with. When are currently being conquered within.

For your reference, David, I never said I would take up arms against my country. I wouldn't.

I am not a man of war.

But in a war between England and Israel, I would support Israel in my heart.

I say again......My heart is with Israel.

From my understanding in reading the Bible, much of it is a record of how God chose, trained and saved Israel. How he 'bent over backwards' to accommodate, suffer and forgive their sins, in order to 'bring them through'.......in His mercy, and for the sake of His Name........because He swore to do so.

But not only for Israel. His forebearance, patience and goodness offers hope to us all, not only Israel. Israel is shown as an example of the ways of a loving, forgiving and faithful God. To the Jews first, then to the gentiles. Things which we all need. We need God to be faithful to Israel, so that we can know that He will be faithful to us.

If God has shown that He loves Israel so much........I will not be the one to hate that nation.

God promised to bless those that bless Israel........not those that bless England, or America, or France, etc.

May God bless Israel.

If He is faithful in blessing Israel, then we can have confidence that He will bless us, also, and remain faithful to His covenant.

His covenant was first to Israel, and, by extension, to us, also.

Be assured that He will cast off the 'ingrafted branch' before He casts off His treasured possession. Therefore, if He remains faithful to Israel, then we also can have confidence that He will also keep His word to us.

May God bless Israel, and keep His word to her. Our certitude depends on it.

I know this is late into the topic, but I feel that before discussing the good of patriotism, we must discuss what patriotism actually is.

So, what is patriotism?

Quite simply, I would argue it is the desire to support and improve the country involved.
