Vitamin D deficiencies are common nowadays, and associated with such symptoms. One of the simplest and cheapest ways of getting a whole range of minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, chlorophyll, medicinal properties and vitamins is the use of green leafy vegetables.Put a cup full of chilled unsweetened pineapple juice in a blender, add a handful of fresh herbs, preferably organic or home grown, of any kind that can be safely eaten raw, such as parsley, mint, coriander, kale, dill, basil, oregano, thyme, beet tops, etc, blend well, and drink. If it is too fibrous, strain the juice through a cloth or sieve. If you can only find one herb, such as parsley, it will still do the job, so good are fresh greens.Drink one or two a day, and within a few hours feel the difference. After 3 days your symptoms will be disappearing. That's how desperate your body is to get the right nutrition. And keep doing it, your energy levels will rise, the nerves will calm down, your skin and hair will rejuvenate, you will sleep better. If you are a diabetic and can't have sugar, make the drink on plain water, add the juice of half a lemon to the herbs and blend. Leave stand for about ten minutes, strain and drink. Plenty of mint makes it more palatable.

I have been having them lately too so I'm going to try some of these remedies. I try to stay away from medications too, if possible.

I speak from experience, as I have lived in both the south and the north. Northerners have at most, 5 months of growing season, so they don't rotate their crops as much because most try to utilize every inch of space possible, to make up for the seven months they cant grow. Please see the below article excerpt with the source reference as well. Hope you are feeling better! Today’s farming methods such as monocropping (planting the same crop in one place year after year) are much different than those used fifty years ago. One of the dangers of monocropping includes depletion of nutrients from the soil, especially magnesium. Our health is dependant on the health of the soil our food is grown in. To increase the amount of magnesium you receive from your foods, try to obtain your fruits and vegetables from farms that don’t use monocropping methods, such as biodynamic farms. - See more at: https://www.sunchlorellausa.com/blog/causes-magnesium-deficiency#sthash.QyWOcNcZ.dpuf
