If you're in a Roman church, "Our way or the highway", what does that tell you? If you're in almost any other church, you can bring matzo or gluten-free bread with you, as a substitute. "Breaking bread" in the scriptures isn't a communion service, it's a meal, and at a fellowship meal no one had to eat anything abhorrent (Romans 14). Communion cannot save anyone. Only Jesus can save anyone, trust in His death and resurrection, trust in His sin atonement, trust HIM only for eternal life!

In Bible times, stories weren't always told chronologically. For example, Genesis has a "two telling," two stories in a row with chronologies of the same event, creation focused on God's perspective and then creation focused on the dawn of man. Many important details in the Bible are chronological, and I would think Luke is chronological, but the gospels are told as stories without being rooted in exact chronology IMHO.

Including many here at this forum! We're praying! But there CANNOT be another physical violence incident. There MUST be accountability, and awareness that physically abusive spouses will lie like a rug to get you back, then beat you again. You MUST both be involved with a local pastor and those experienced in physical abuse cycles.

Two things! You are NOT alone, we're here to help, but CLEARLY, you need good Bible-based church fellowship. SEPARATION IS NOT DIVORCE, separate from your husband, because he is striking you/getting physical. Then you will be able to think/feel. Christians need hugs from Jesus and believers, not pain from spouses! He needs counseling!

I wrote "fight with you" not "you fight with them". There's usually not a fight, however, since pretribbers BAR PREWRATH SPEAKERS AND AUTHORS FROM ATTENDING THEIR CONFERENCES AND CHURCHES. This is because pretribbers love to share the good news that Jesus will spare us from some persecution. NOT what they believe in China, in India, in Africa! Or the USA if you resist the pretribbers!

My thoughts from studying prophecy from closer to 30 years: Teach prewrath, and be ready for pretrib enthusiasts to fight with you.

Converting from pretrib to prewrath is not proof that prewrath is right. It is proof I understand pretrib extremely well, as I've said. "Just like the Word says" is a fact where the Bible is literal, such as, "King David begat Solomon", neither of us can say, "there was silence when the seventh seal was opened in Heaven" as "there will be silence on Earth for the same half an hour".

When solipsists say we're all in a Matrix (living in a coma somewhere and imagining this world and its people and things), I point out that this "imaginary" world we live in clearly has absolute morals and is a place of some moral judgments (prison, relationships, addictions, etc.). Therefore, even solipsists have no excuse for missing trust in Christ (Romans 1).

No worries! If we are all in some sort of "Matrix" and only imagine everything, we all know that we live in a place where there is moral judgment, moral consequence. Because your "imagination" has a world with morals. Therefore, God will judge, therefore, trust Jesus and avoid final judgment!

I agree, Daniel is unsealed, and this is a secondary issue--to debate the timing of the Rapture. Unfortunately, if pretrib is wrong, imagine what will happen when believers miss the Rapture and wonder why they are in the tribulation (besides intense Bible study!) How about this, N's statue had two legs for the ten toes, representing Byzantium and Rome--the ten nations that empower Antichrist will descend from both Europe and the now-Muslim world!

"Just like the Word says" is not an explanation or exegesis. "You don't understand" is an argument atheists make about many aspects of Christianity. I DO understand, I TAUGHT pretrib before I was prewrath. "You don't understand" isn't a proof, a Bible interpretation or anything but insulting. PLEASE do not speak that way to a brother in Christ. There HAS been a harvest of souls, it's called "the church age" and began at PENTECOST, a Jewish HARVEST FESTIVAL.

Hi William, There are not--if your understanding of prewrath matches mine. There is only one Rapture to come, the taking away of the church to meet Jesus in the clouds--and then, after judgment of the church and a feast of rewards, we Return with Him for judgment/the millennial reign. One Rapture only of the dead and living in prewrath remains.

Sounds complicated. I was once pretrib, prewrath is far simpler, and stops all those upsetting patchworks of pretrib, like "Matthew 24:7 happens before Matthew 24:3". Prewrath every end times discourse is 1-2-3 order...

Because the pretrib rapture is incorrect, the fix is not multiple partial raptures but prewrath. I don't wonder at any of the 8 wonders you've listed. This, for example, seems problematic to me: Wonder why God saw the the fathers of Israel as the first ripe in the fig tree, at her first time. But they went on to serve other Gods and would not be the first harvest. (The first church harvest was Jewish people at Pentecost, the harvest festival of Israel). Etc.

Not interested in romance but interested in sex/companionship? Possibly, you should get married, yes, possibly, not. As the Lord leads. But if you wish to get married, the Bible says whoever FINDS a wife finds a good thing from the Lord. We don't "pray for a spouse" we pray for a person to court to become our spouse.

The person on the thread suggested a parenthesis/flashback, Jesus needed to go and die, look at the chapter, "no one here is worthy . . . look He who died is worthy . . . "

I recently "got into" Islam for an hour with a Muslim, while going back and back and back to the clear gospel. Unfortunately, Islam and Rome train their folks INTENSELY in lacking assurance and choosing good works about the living God.

The discussion wasn't "Jesus doesn't exist yet" but "Jesus was nowhere found to open the scroll" because He was on Earth, ministering. Jesus left Heaven even before His incarnation for hierophanies.

There is one Rapture only in prewrath, just as one Rapture only is listed in the scriptures.
