    No. It's great to revere your cultural history. We are all Americans and we have many different origins. Just as I would write about my Irish ancestors, you should write about yours and your heritage. As an American, it's your birth right.

    Nope. People don't try to provoke me because they get an unpleasant result. But my advice is don't be like me; give them a vacant stare and refuse to bite. It will take all the fun out of it for them. Btw, a true friend will not do things like this. Let that sink in.

    He IS perfect and doesn't make mistakes. The mistake was made by man who chose to follow satan instead of God. And by fallen angels who mated with humans. He had to clean up the mess.

    If you read Genesis you will note that God created everything but only breathed life into Man. Animals do not have souls hence they cannot sin. Jesus died for mankind, zorgblar.

    God has not revealed the date of the end...to anyone. And He won't, Scripture says that no one knows except Him. Speculation is pointless.

    Satan wanted to be like God but not for all of God's wonderful qualities....he wanted to be like God so he could be worshipped, IMO. You have to delineate here; satan didn't want to be like God except for that.

    That's true about Rapture teaching but also true that they don't allow random 'philosophies' and unbiblical teaching on that site. They are actually TOO cut and dried for me but you get my point.

    This is a Christian discussion board and George provided us a way to leave our opinion with emoticons. It's what we do and everyone of us receives this kind of input. It's not spiteful. Good grief, lighten up a little and be glad anyone reads your posts.

    It doesn't mean you were never a Christian or that your witness is ruined. It means you are a mortal being who succumbed to temptation just as we all have at some point. Repent of this and renew your commitment to God. But, as everyone has told you, you should put distance between you and this woman. Why keep a stumbling block directly in your path?

    Can you quote Scripture that contains astrological concepts? I don't recall any. Definition of 'astrology' from Dictionary.com the study of the movements and relative positions of celestial bodies interpreted as having an influence on human affairs and the natural world.
