The donkey did not prophesy or speak anything for the Lord.

The Lord enabled the as to speak for itself unto Balaam.

Certainly these where not the words of God, "Am not I thine ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day?"

The burning man festival is more than just a festival where the arts are celebrated. All manner of licentiousness is promoted and particpated in.

There is a temple built every year that is worshipped in, they worship the spirit of the world, and then they burn it and the burning man who represents a spiritual deity who is man.

Leaving No Trace

I wanted to link a video from the HuffingtonPost here but the other content isn't too good there.

In it the sculpture says;

Barack Obama will be visiting China next week, and as this video report from Reuters shows, the Chinese are enthusiastic about Obama, if not in ways that always make immediate sense. For example, an artist in Beijing, Liu Bolin, has made a bronze sculpture of Obama, based on a Time magazine image of the president, that he lights on fire for three minutes at a time (He apparently hopes to sell it for $15,000.) While this--no pun intended--may seem inflammatory, Bolin says he doesn't mean for the piece, called "Burning Man Obama," to be seen as an attack: "I think it represents more his popularity... I think my piece represents more the fact that Obama's on fire," he said.

Then they go on to show how the folks in China are getting Obama haircuts and how Obama is being played up on T-Shirt's as, "Oba Mao!" He's depicted wearing the Mao hat and appears with Communist propaganda, like Mao he is the peoples savior.

And this has done what art is supposed to do. Make us think, and interpret (not always, seldom always, in the same way!). So I guess he was successful in his piece of art.

how about the Bohemian Grove people? (every President, except Obama has been a part of the group since the middle of the 1900's)

these cults are right here in the USA....
