If I have these panic attacks how will I stand in the end times without being fearful? Is fear a sin? I feel like a coward.

Fear of what? Are you nervous about something? Are you scared of the coming times? I think you are just a normal little bussy bee. and i don't think you are a coward at all. simply human.

Remember, you can't fear anything if He is holding your hand. Don't worry about being fearful sometimes; we all feel that way here and there because we're just human! In the end, all we will have to fear is abandoning our faith in God. And YOU would never do that. Please stop worrying so much, Shalhevet, it's not good for you. You're going to be fine. :)

As a man that lived with death as a daily companion for 30 months in Vietnam I can tell you that fear is not even cowardice, as some propose it to be. In certain circumstances it is the lunatic that has no fear. The thing to do with fear is to put it aside and to think on a good thing...one of your choice. If you're lucky enough, one day an event that requires you to act, in spite of your fear, and you'll understand that it is what you do with fear that separates heroes from cowards. If we are not stupid or insane we all fear.

I wouldn't say your a coward, but fear can be many things and caused by many things. Sometime having no fear can be dangerous to your health, another words doing foolish things.

Fear could be siding on the side of your better judgment.

Fear could be from not knowing the unknown.

Fear could come from life experiences (which isn't always a bad thing).

Fear is a gift God has given us to keep us safe form doing what could be something foolish and harmful.

Fear can get the adrenalin pumping in circumstances that are out of the norm.

Having fear is normal, if somebody says that they have no fears, I would have no problem saying somebody is lying.

So I guess your normal like the rest of us.

Jesus said, "Do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

Believe in Him more than you believe in your weakness... ask and It wil be so... He wants you to have peace so others see it!

Rom 8:38-39

38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

NKJV

How will it work? Well you just won't have wrong things when He brings you into His eternal presence... He has done a perfect job on redemption.... Love Steven

I would say that you are not a coward as you don't let your fear stop you and you keep striving to do what our Lord wants and be what our Lord wants you to be. Something I learnt long ago is that true courage is doing what is right or you need to do even though your scared. True courage is admitting something scares you but not letting it stop you. I would say you are a very couragous person as you have fear but you don't let it stop you :emot-hug:

The doctors say that I have a panic disorder. I still wonder why me, why now? I was so good for over a year and then just out of no where all this fear consumed me. I realize this is a medical condition. I understand that I need these pills (that God made) to stop this from happening. There are so many "whys" and the more I question what happened to me the more anxiety I get. You're right that I need to relax and not get myself so worked up. I just don't want this condition to be a sin. I don't consider myself a fearful person at all. I trust God and love Him with all my heart. But I don't want to be a coward. I don't want to be afraid of what happens when God comes to take us Home, you know? I want to be able to stand on my own two feet and look to the Lord and not be afraid. But that's not realistic is it? How could I be afraid of God? I'm more afraid of stinky pants (satan) than God right now. He scares the living daylights out of me.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
