And the church dinners are getting busier and busier and the people who come think they are owed. Don't get me wrong but when the welfare cheque does not stretch because the bingo was last night - a free dinner sounds great so do the food banks where the food is free and one can spend the welfare money on cigarettes, beer and bingo - Do you begrudge them?? Today I had to go to the grocery store and there was yet another guy with a sign saying 'can't find work, hungry' my heart went out to the guy and I thought when we done I will have my daughter stop the car and give him some money, that is until I saw him get into a nice car laughing and carrying on with the driver.
