The more I study and learn about genetics and hormones, the more this subject becomes not so clear as to right and wrong.

God does not make mistakes. he doesn't 'cross-wire people's brains' or any such thing. This is one of the 'miracles' that come by the power of Satan mentioned in II Thess 2. CAN such a person repent? I believe so. Can they ever revert to what God intended? In actions, yes; physically...probably not without a lot of painful surgery. But then sin does have consequences. This woman claimed to have been born a man or whatever excuse she came up with to have her body surgically mutilated. Should she ever repent, she will have to stop playing a man and be a woman. A man in such a situation...surely that would be a lot tougher.

But DO such persons really want to repent? That may be the real question.

Actually the way she would repent is the same for the rest of us, ask Jesus into her heart and forgiveness for her sins. Then the Lord starts renewing her heart and mind as she would follow after Him. The act of salvation and forgiveness is spiritual not physical. As our spiritual lives come into line with the Word our physical will also.

No.

Repentance is feeling regret and sorrow for what you have done, and ceasing the action that caused the remorse.

If your sin is stealing, the way you repent is to stop stealing. - Ephesians 4:28 "Let him who stole, steal no longer..."

Obviously, you must ask for forgiveness of your sins, as God is just to forgive us if we confess our sins (1 John 1:9). However, if we ask for forgiveness of our sin of stealing, and then continue to sin afterwards, we have not repented, and are therefore once again condemned.

Repentance is very much a physical act, just like obedience is a physical act. God washing away our sins when we are baptized is a spiritual act. It is not something brought about by physical means.

Repentance is very much physical, in hebrew its teshuvah, not just stopping what one is doing but returning, its the act of returning to God. Stopping and examining ones life is always hard no matter what the sin and once we return to Him let go and allow God to rule our hearts is not easy for any of us.

I think we are coming at this from different angles, but with the same result. My position is, with TRUE repentence we are saved, it does not mean we become perfect, but as HE increases we decrease. If all you do is give lip service but willingly and with full knowledge continue your same lifestyle a true heartful repentence never happened. but even with true repentence we donot become suddenly perfect we will still fall short until the day we die,but we come to Him with a contrite heart He is merciful and just to forgive us.

However with situations like Chaz, I never researched if such procedures are reversable, BUT IF THEY ARE NOT, if she were to truly repent God will for give that sin and all others.

We've had genetically defected people on earth for thousands of years, and we are just now beginning to understand how that works. I don't know whether it is God or something the devil himself has introduced into the human genome or just pollution doing things to us, but something has messed up the gene pool of the world. Depleted Uranium munitions that our own military is using is causing genetic defects in the places where it's being used...... and we really don't hear much about that..... the neculear testing we did in the late 40's and through the 50's may well have caused problems that we'll never be told about.

So I would not lay at the feet of God the genetic problems I read about, but that doesn't make them go away.

If people and animals can be born with all kinds of defects, what makes you think it can't mess up something as delicate as our sexual nature.

What Chaz chose to do is not a simple thing...... and it's really between him/her and God and really isn't much of our business.

I brought this with the intention that I do not know what how such a person can repent after taking this action.

If there is forgiveness for this that's great and I'm happy. But is it that simple?

It Was Always Jesus

When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:25-26

Dear Sister You Might Want To Ask Yourself

Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. John 5:28-29

What Will Chaz Be In The Resurrection?

Well I know that Stacey meant well. She is right about forgiveness in Jesus. But there is also one confessing to God their sins also and then of course repentance. These are all important to God. As I have in the past confessed Sins but did not turn away. Confessing and asking forgiveness was good but not enough that I did not repent. I got into heaps of trouble even though I often confessed to God what I had done and asking for more chances. I’m now learning today these days how important the repentance is just as important as confessing and asking for forgiveness.

I also believe that repentance is not just physical. I think that repentance is both spiritual and physical at the same time. Well Jesus says for example, the flesh is weak but the spirit is willing. We also see how Jesus was led by the spirit to go into the desert that he would be tempted by Satan. The Spirit leads Jesus and in physical action Jesus responds to what the Spirit says. God is Spirit even told to us as early as Genesis chapter 1 verse 2 the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. Naturally in thinking our thoughts contrast God. We think in the flesh. That’s why Jesus says. Do not lean unto your own understanding but to the understanding of God that is higher. We respond to God in Spirit first that says God has the highest authority over us all. That God’s ways are all right and all true. My mind is resisting but in Spirit I am listening and now by physical I will act in Spirit and not of the Flesh.

Thus we with our eyes see only the Physical part of the act of repentance but God sees also the Spirit of Transformation. God teaches in Spirit not just because He is Spirit himself but also because we temporarily live in the flesh. But eternally we will be changed into Spirit. The Bible tells us those who live in the flesh will die by the flesh. But those who are with Jesus walk by Spirit and will live forever. Because God can fathom eternity He directs us to know that way of being most important. God is not saving our body but he is saving our Souls the spirit being inside of us. One way or the other Heaven or Hell the Soul will be appointed for everlasting. The Soul is our Spirit being that God is trying to save. The Soul will live with or without God. This would bring us to why Jesus says to be born again is by the Spirit and by Water. That the water is His word as told to the Samaritan Woman by the well. The Spirit is the working of the inside and the physical is what we see on the outside. Like inside the computer tower is all the work and on the monitor you see what the tower is doing.

As for Chaz actually this is a difficult situation for me to understand. She was made to be a woman who has made herself to be like a man. Physically there is not much way of going back I don’t know medically what it would take to bring her back. What if that was not possible? Acting like a woman may be one thing looking like one may be another for her case. I have heard she did some of this because she thought she always looked more like a boy than a girl. But I think she is a Lesbian also. Looking at her not thinking she is much of any woman. She could feel better if she really was a man. I’m sure there is not any one person that is going to change her mind. It would have to be only by God that she would want to try to be how she was born. I’m sure that she could have had surgeries in the past to look more like a woman.

I think that Michael Jackson wanted to try to look like his sister Janet. But to change his sex would have gone too far. When I seen him in the court trials I thought He now looks more like a white woman than a black man. No hard feelings against Michael Jackson. His music is really great and memorable. His looks however got too obvious for most that He was trying to look more female. He did not have to go that far. But I think he did not care much for women. And that his marriage was just trying to help his image I don’t think however that his change is as much as Chaz. He could have gained some weight and wore some more manly clothes. His ways were very eccentric. I still wish he was alive today. I think what bothers me most is that I don’t think he was saved. In his family closely to Jehovah’s Witnesses and as for his friends probably did not teach him about Jesus in the Bible. I think he had a conscience about God it just does not appear He lived after God. I know this is God’s matter and in His hands. I’m not to judge. I just don’t believe He ever accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior to what I have seen or heard. Being around witnesses made him more knowledgeable about the morals of God. I have studied with them. They will teach you morals but they won’t lead you to Jesus. They tell you to go around Jesus to go straight to the Father. There is to way to go to Heaven without Jesus. Jesus is the reason for every season.

Repentance starts with the heart, and the rest follows. Salvation starts with the heart, and what follows is by the moving of the Holy Spirit from within to change the person to be Christ like. When I was saved, God did not change anything physical on me. I will always have scars from shooting up unless God changes my outward appearance, but I am convinced that He is far more interested with who I am inside, than who I am outside.

Matthew 23:25-26

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of extortion and self-indulgence. Blind Pharisee, first cleanse the inside of the cup and dish, that the outside of them may be clean also."

1 Corinthians 5:12

For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside?

Hey One Light. I got your point. But my post was a little bit misunderstood. So I would try to clarify what I meant. Truly our Heart is a physical chamber, a muscle that pumps blood into our body. But that when God is talking about our Heart he is talking about the center of our thoughts. It is at the center of our mind that we think about God or that we think of those things that are sinful to God.

I agree that the Holy Spirit can work within someone. But please know that we still have a spirit inside us. If we did not what part of us is going to heaven or Hell? Certainly not our physical bodies. Look and see how the Bible said when Jesus died He gave up his spirit. Jesus was made lower than Angels just like us having a physical body a physical heart a brain a mind and a spirit inside him. The Holy Spirit dwelt in Him not only because He being the Son of God but that in all ways Jesus would listen to the Father. This is why the Bible says we are to love God with all our Heart mind body and spirit. To be obedient to God covers all spiritual and physical aspects in our lives.

But the physical I mean is not about scars on the body as I once myself had attempted suicide. My heart is now messed up and I take medication for that. Physically I can not change what I had done or to change the features on my heart. But physically I take medication. I am against suicide now. I encourage others not ever to try this. When you’re at the foul line in basketball in your mind you try to vision making that shot. Then physically you shot the ball.

So in thought the heart of ones thoughts has become a physical action. So one can think about covering up themselves with a story that is not true. First they thought about it. Then they actually did that physically. That’s what I mean about physical. So if a person repents one can think about it. But in action they show it. And that God can see both in all ways in our mind body and sprit all the changes we have made. A person can not see the inside of our mind. But on a physical realm they can see how we do things different now than we had before when we wife in that sin.

But I have to admit Chaz is still a complex case. Does she remain to be a man and God will forgive her for being a man now. What actual change outside of asking for forgiveness does she need to do on her part to show her Faith toward God? John the Baptist said bear the good fruits worthy of repentance. What then are these good fruits? What are these fruits she would need to be producing? If she has not a way of changing back to a woman then what? Hey I got to admit I’m glad that God is judging all this. There are certain things like this that I admit are very hard for me to comprehend such a transformation like this. Remember in those days no one could change their sex and to wear clothes and act like the opposite sex. As one pointed by DNA she is a woman by surgery she is man. But now what can she do?

I do believe that Chazz Bono, could repent, but see it as highly unlikelyl Because there is an outcry in the US today that you can't legislate morality. But morality is legislated by either enforcing high morals or allowing low morals. Today in the United States our morals are very low. Same sex marriage, abortion, adultery, sex changes, etc. are no longer consider taboo, but our celebrated by hollywood, and politicians.

It is like the first chapter of Romans (Romans 1:18-32) has become the law of our country, I believe most Americans do need a change of heart, but first we need to pray for a renewing of the mind as we as a country have a reprobate mind. (Romans 1:28) Until than I don't see Chazz or other like this person repenting.

Ok the big news in entertainment lately is that of Chaz Bono being on DWTS.

Chaz was once female born to Cher and Sonny Bono. Then I believe it was the beginning of the year that who

was once Chastity Bono female is now Chaz Bono male.

God intended for this person to be female. This person intended to go against what God intended.

If Chaz wanted to repent of now is there a way? For any transgendered person can they repent?

Can we assume that these people will not get accepted into heaven?

I believe this is a deeper example of what the apostle Paul wrote to the saints living in Rome (Romans 1:7). Paul talked about those who served the "creature" more than the "Creator." Scripture says that there are those who serve the "creature" as we are creatures of God created in his image but they serve their own ungodly lusts and desires more than the Creator being God himself who created the world in six days and rested on the seventh day (Romans 1:25).

It was serving their own vile affections instead of the God that created them which was the reason God gave them up so they could serve their own disgusting vile affections. Both men and women changed their natural use they went from a natural man and women relationship to being gays and lesbians. And being in this kind of vile disgusting lifestyle they'll recieve the recompence or just payment for their error (Romans 1:26-27).

By not keeping God in their knowledge not being mindful of their Creator instead being mindful and serving and caring only for their wicked and vile affections burning in their own lusts toward one another being the gay and lesbian lifestyle. It was because they chose not to walk in the ways of the Lord that God gave them over to a reprobate mind a mind void of having a conscience toward God

(Romans 1:28; Hebrews 9:14).

Chasity is a lesbian and currently still living in a lesbian lifestyle. Chasity was created by God a female this will never change no matter what kind of procedures the medical profession can do to change her into being a male. She will remain a female as God created her to be a women and nothing she can do to change it even though she thinks she can change her gender outwardly. In homosexual relationships one plays the part of a woman and one plays the part of the man as you have to realize that the man left the natural use of the woman and the woman left the natural use of the man so the men could be with men and so women could be with other women. Chasity isn't the first who has had a sex change maybe more in the public eye but others have degraded themselves in order to engage in deviate sexual acts with those of the same sex, men have also had sex changes to engage in perverted sexual acts with those of the same sex. Sex changes would never be an issue in society if people would stay with the order God gave being man with woman and a person can be content with the Lord creating us to be a man or a woman as so many struggle with their manhood and womanhood.

As far as repentance goes I believe (John 3:16; Romans 10:9-10) that "whosoever" shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved and that includes everyone up under the sun from one generation to the next. All chasity needs is a godly sorrow in her hearts for the sins she has committed and that the godly sorrow would bring her to true repentance leaving her past lifestyle behind and walk in newness of life the same for one as for all.

One thing, none of us can do and that is to change the sinful things done in our past unfortunately the devil has marked some and we can't take those marks off of us as they are permanant. I believe Chasity can repent and she would be forgiven also I believe repentance would mean a lifetime of celebacy for her. I believe Chasity would have to give up the act of being a male and take upon herself the role of a female a woman who she was created to be and be that outwardly. I believe their is an inward change that takes place in our hearts when we accept Jesus into our hearts accepting the blood spilled on the cross that washes our sins away that it changes us both in our minds and hearts.

Some of these issues are very tricky and wisdom and knowledge are needed from God so believers young and old will not be harmed in anyway as those forsaking this type of lifestyle should not be given full reign in the church but should be watched in behaviour and faithfulness. Transgenders can find grace as well but will have to forsake their old lifestyle of dressing as a transvestdyke and instead dress according to whatever their true gender is so no confusion would come into the church. We have to remember Sodom and Gomorah in how God told Abraham that he would spare them if there would have had ten righteous people in these two cities. As long as their are righteous people preaching the gospel then salvation can come to the ungodly. I don't believe these type of things comes easy to the church and are tricky but I do believe grace and mercy can be found.

Chasity was born a female and I refuse to call her by the name of Chaz you can tell the name Chaz came from her name Chasity as Chas = Chaz - ity hanging onto a piece of her real name it looks like to me but I'm not going to accept that she is a man because she is not she still is a woman. I believe what she had done medically to her body will bring no lasting satisfaction within the lesbian relationship she still is currently living in. As I already said above in the homosexual lifestyle one acts like the woman and one acts like the man as they role play and perverted the natural man woman relationship and Chasity is an example of the depths Satan will take you.

No we can not nor should we ever assume anything about that which is reserved for God only and Judgment of that kind is always reserved for God only. Scripture says that if forgieness is asked with the right heart forgiveness is given. The biggest problem I see with Castity Bono is that if she ever comes to herself and the blindness is lifted from her eyes, she will have one GIANT mistake to live with in her Christian walk.

Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
