I was wondering when somebody was gonna post this??..LOL....Thank You Ayin Jade!...now onto the subject matter at hand....AS a babe in CHRIST, I used to watch the 700 club everyday, back in the days when "Ben Kinchlow" was still there,remember "Ben"...LOL.in those day's Pat would always say "GOD hates Divorce" no explanation....just GOD hates divorce.....,now as babe in CHRIST....I thought OK!! if that's something that GOD hates, then it's something I DON"T want to do( I was having some major problems with my marriage at the time).... it wasn't until much further down the road in my walk that I got the explanation.....YES GOD hates Divorce.....and the reason that HE hates it is because of the hurtful things that we do to one another that cause the divorce... as I read the news report about Pat's Blunder..... I was saying ooooo no!!!...Not only did Pat make that poor woman feel like this was ALL her fault...but how many babes in CHRIST were watching and like I had done all those years ago take his word as gospel.....I don't believe it's appropriate to "reward" bad behavior....Pat's advice was telling that poor woman to do exactly as she shouldered the whole blame for her husband infidelity......really??? seriously?????...OOO pat, Pat, Pat

Yes. The man is the head of the household and, as such, is responsible for the path taken by that household. Pat Robertson is wrong so much that I stopped watching or listening to him long ago. He's not a black mark against believers though; he represents no one except himself.

Unfortunately the world doesnt see it that way. The world sees him as representing Christ. Feel like sending him an email telling him how poor a witness he is.

But then I would have to send a similar email to myself rebuking my poor witness. Ive probably said or done enough stupid unscriptural things too.
