Does this computer still work Mega?

I believe you should have some way of communication for when you get sick or have to phone 911 ?

You are so very gifted in so many different ways that Kwik and I would love to learn more from you,you are very technical with how you fix things here for Worthy , remember that  world clock you set up one time?

I seen you do amazing things when you were going to do that Bible study...

How did you get that sarcasm emotion on your signature page?

Would you be able to make a different  one for me? Maybe Kwik wants one too?

Thanks brother

That old computer might still work, it worked when I stopped using it. Not sure I remember how to use it.  In those days, there were no mice, no copy, cut, paste etc. Everything was accessed by typing commands. What to see your files? You type DIR. Things we different then.

As far as 911ing goes, you are right. I have never needed that service in my life, but there may come a day when I do. One of my sons lives with me, and he has a cell phone, so if he was home, I guess there is always that. I could also put on a headphone set, and call out with the laptop, using Google, but that is not very fast in an emergency. On the other hand, mankind got by without the telephone from Genesis u to the 20th Century, so I guess it must not really be a necessity.

The world clock thing, I think your are referring to an event timer is used, is just something anyone can set up by going to Time and date dot com! They have all sort of gismos concernning times and date that are useful.

That sarcasm emoticon . . . there was a time when I posted something, and bemoaned that fact that there was not a sarcasm emot, since there are times when I am sarcastic (too frequently) and not everyone is good at detecting sarcasm. One or our users showed me that one, some where on the web. I took it, and encorporated it into Worthy's server, so that I could use it here (as can anyone else. It you type : sarc : without the spaces, it will appear in your post. For chat, I often leave at midnight, and so, thinking about how in the story of Cinderella, the coach turned back into a pumkin at midnight, I made and emote for when I leave chat. Typing : pumpkin : without the spaces, brings up that one.

I do not know what it is that you think you might want,or Kwik might want, but at the moment, I no longer have access to that part of the server,  to install more. I am not sure I was ever supposed to have it, lol, but I used it those too times until that option disappeared from my control panel, I could ask George about it, but I have not really had a need.

Love the pumpkin clock :)

I wonder if there is ever a time in chat between 12 and let say 7 in the morning that there is nobody in chat?

Did you get your chair painted?

Well, it was not a chair, it was the support frame (the legs basically) of a truncated oval outdoor table I am making out of concrete. The illustration below is a representation of the basic shape.

Another one planned but not yet begun, will be hexagonal, not sure what that will look like, but I am thinking along the lines of one of these two below.

Those are of course, just my artist conceptions.

Below is a concrete countertop, a demostration of how to use color pigments in concrete to mimic the look of stone.

To answer your question, no, I did not get it painted, it became very windy, and will have to wait.

However, we are drifting way off the topic of Blogging. Concrete (my favorite art medium) is discussed some in the hobbies area of the forums,in the Artworks We Do thread.

Omega as you can see on the Blog forum I attempted to post a "devotion" blog but I did something wrong. Just the title came out correctly. So in steps like

1. do this

2. do this

3. do this

How do I create a blog on Worthy? Do I need to have another blogging site to post what I want on Worthy?

Sorry, I did not see this post to respond to it, until now.

1 Create a new blog or go to "my blog" and select your blog or use the add a new entry button. I'm not sure what you have to do because of two things. I don't know what your screen looks like and I've never even done it myself.

2 Onces you get that far it should look pretty much just like creating a post on the forums. Fill in the title, add any tags, and enter your content in the editor.

3. Click submit entry.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
