I knew we hadn't found life on Mars, but I heard that based on what the rovers discovered they think there's ice at the poles of Mars. Even if they do find microbes on Mars I don't think it effects what we know about God at all. Of course if they find little green guys eating pizza...well, that would be an elephant of a different color.

Pareidolia at work here I suspect. Anyone remember the face on mars from years back? I know I've double taked on animal shapes or faces in branches and bark etc before.

Also I'm confused on the carbon dating rocks comment.. you can't date rocks this way. Carbon dating requires organic material...carbon containing and is only good for 40 k ish years figures based on earth sun exposure and atmosphere.

The universe could be filled with life. But my suspicion is that God would instruct them all to stay away from this immoral rogue planet until after the second coming when the problems will be sorted out.

There isn't life anywhere else...and nothing has gotten to Mars and nothing ever will.  I'd wager it isn't anything you could land on anyway.

And there is no such animal as 'Simple' Life.

Hogwash.  It's a Mohave Ground Squirrel.   Like I said, I know because I was stationed @ NTC for 5 years and even visited the Highly Secure 'nasa' compound outside of post, personally. How many of these squirrels do you think I saw in 5 years?

I was actually stationed close to where this photo was taken (Ft Irwin, California -- "Mojave Desert").  Even visited 'nasa's' little compound about 10 miles from Base.

My son in law works on the Mars program  at NASA and he has actually driven one of those vehicles in Arizona.  The software they worked on was incorporated into the photos that came back.  They are NOT fake.  And those vehicles are still on Mars.

Absolutely false.  The Space Station is 17.000 miles away from you right now.  Or are all those astronauts from different countries making that up too?
