Physical, maybe not, but a wall all the same.         We had already had a very large sum of money set aside to build a wall and Obama would not have it built....    It will start in March and we will see where it leads....

According to Trump his wall will be, and I quote "impenetrable, physical, tall, powerful, beautiful".

I believe you watch CNN a fair bit, and that is not "watching news".  CNN is a propaganda machine for the left, the Democrats, and the Clintons.  The NY Times knows it was dishonest, but will not frankly admit it.  The MSM are continuing their tactics of reporting only what suits their agenda, and not speaking out against the riots etc. Try Breitbart News for a change.

Now you are quoting Reuters, another mouthpiece for the Democrats and the Clinton.  The media are now trying another tactic -- DISINFORMATION.  It is way too early for any such decisions. Here is the official position straight from Trump:
