So,what did they do that they dont do now?

They still do what they did in Corinth, in many places, so, likewise,  many are sick, and many (physically) die....

Spiritually ?  < shrugs >  not for here (this site).

There are a lot of things that cannot be said openly, in forums,  in the news,  on the internet,  for several reasons.

However, what I referred to is very well known SCRIPTURE.

Like(similarly) the SERMON on the MOUNT by JESUS.

Almost no one , maybe no  one, has ever explained the sermon on the mount as powerfully and as clearly as simply reading what JESUS says.

Likewise the books of Corinthians - I've seen a lot of so-called studies and sermons about them,  but hardly any of them are right on and as simple and powerful as YHWH'S WORD is directly.

So few people have read the Epistles in the NEW TESTAMENT ,  it seems a major problem because they have no idea how the ecclesia (those who are born again, immersed in Y'SHUA) are supposed to live - and in fact most people say things directly opposed to and contrary to YHWH'S WORD.

Also,  as seen frequently online,  whenever the object is just stated with minimal context,  it is deflected, distracted from, or flat out denied.  (like another very well known warning from JESUS not to just state the bare truth before the crowds(i.e. world wide internet audience) , lest the whole meaning is lost and dishonored and demeaned).

Finally? ,  the apostles told their listeners to not accept anything they said,  if it differed from TORAH and/or SCRIPTURE (YHWH'S WORD)....

The only way to test everything is by reading SCRIPTURE.....

And how do they blaspheme the holy spirit?

According to Mark 3:20-30, it is calling the Holy Spirit demonic.  I would step back a few verses to see that Jesus and the 12 were casting out demons, healing the sick, etc.

Then the multitude came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.  But when His own people heard about this, they went out to lay hold of Him, for they said, “He is out of His mind.”

And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, “He has Beelzebub,” and, “By the ruler of the demons He casts out demons.”

So He called them to Himself and said to them in parables: “How can Satan cast out Satan? If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. And if Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but has an end. No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house.

“Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation”—  because they said, “He has an unclean spirit.”

more accurately- The Holy Spirit witnesses that Jesus is God-- by them saying Jesus used the power of Satan it implied that Jesus was not God-- hence they were calling the Holy Spirit a liar--the reason it is unforgiveable is that unless you believe jesus is God you cannot be saved-- To Blaspheme the Holy Spirit is to call his witness that Jesus is God a lie~~~~

The only deadly sin in my book is the sin of indifference. It reduces every other person in the world to that of them as opposed to us and negates the mandate that we grant love to everyone, even our enemies.

These which are commonly known as deadly sins are all egocentric and should be dealt with, but if we concentrate only on ourselves what does that accomplish for the rest of humanity in which we reside, not as an island being surrounded by it,  but a drop of water within it's ocean

From the sum of all knowledge WIKI comes this excerpt on the seven deadly sins:

"The seven deadly sins, also known as the capital vices or cardinal sins, is a grouping and classification of vices of Christian origin.[1]Behaviors or habits are classified under this category if they directly give birth to other immoralities.[2] According to the standard list, they are pridegreedlustenvygluttonywrath, and sloth,[2] which are also contrary to the seven virtues. These sins are often thought to be abuses or excessive versions of one's natural faculties or passions (for example, gluttony abuses one's desire to eat)."....

BUT we all should know better! For we that grew up on Gilligan's Island adventures know the reality of it all.

The island is  Hell.

Each  of the characters is one of the 7 deadly sins:

Ginger = LUST

Mary Ann = ENVY

The Professor = PRIDE

Mr. Howell = GREED

Mrs. Howell = SLOTH

The Skipper =  GLUTTONY  plus ANGER

Gilligan is SATAN.

And there you have it, the rest of the story.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
