The 144,000 are the Jews that are sealed during the tribulation which means they have a special protection from God. They are the first fruits and are the 12 tribes or Israel. They are the only ones who will have a protective seal on them. Those who are not born again Christians will not go in the rapture of the Church. They will stay on earth. They will have an opportunity to come to Christ. Yes, it will include Pastors. The rapture will be instant. In the twinkling of the eye the Bible tells us. That is 1/6 billionth of a second. I believe that is the speed of light. It will be chaos for those left behind and all of the tragedies of the judgments that will come upon the earth. Also the persecution of the Antichrist. Some will come to Christ and many will not even up to the very end. There will be very few Christians who will survive the tribulation. Most will be killed and martyred as Christian. Horrible and tragic deaths. Many will be tortured and experience horrible deaths such as in the WW 2 holocaust except much, much worse.  The Bible tells us that God's wrath is not for the born again believer. He will protect those who are very committed and faithful to Him.He will take them out of this earth before the seven year tribulation. And that includes all of the children up to the age of accountability. That age is debatable but could be around 12 or 13.

Why do you feel the 144,000 are Jew's when only the tribe of Judah are actually Jew's

Also as of now ,there's neither Jew nor Gentile

Matthew 10:22 "And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved."

Is the rapture the end?

How can one be raptured and yet also endure till the end?

So when is the end,and how do you all escape before then?

Anyone who has studied the Bible with understanding, for a period of time, knows that this has never been true. For God has always allowed His people to be tested, tried, and purified through trials and tribulations. They had to prove that they believed. They couldn’t just mouth it.

And just about every example they set, prepares us for the Great Tribulation. Like the exodus from Egypt, the battles led by Joshua, David vs. Goliath, Daniel in the lions den, and on and on. All those lessons teach us to have faith and courage in troublous times. That’s the real test of faith.

Hoping for a quick escape isn’t a display of faith, that’s cowardice.

“For THEN shall be GREAT TRIBULATION, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

Then if any man shall say unto you, ‘Lo, here is Christ,’ or there:’ BELIEVE IT NOT. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, ‘Behold, He is in the desert;’ go not forth: ‘behold, He is in the SECRET chambers;’ BELIEVE IT NOT.

Matthew 24:21-26

How can anyone read the above verses and believe in a rapture,as Spock would say,it's not logical

The time of the trib is cut short for the elect sake. Why does it need to be cut short if they not gonna be here?

Again,not logical

In my opinion believing in the rapture is like the Israelites who did'nt make it to the promised land because they were scared to go take it.

I think rapturist are scared to take a stand against satan, whom is the anti- christ

Why do we need the armour if we not gonna be here

Matthew 24 is all about Israel in the coming 70th week decreed for them .... no one else

.... and so is Luke 21

The Lord is speaking of Israel during the coming 70th week decreed in both

So why do many posters on this forum think He is speaking to today's ecclesia of both Jew and Gentile in His discourse?

See if you can figure this truth out

Maybe because nowhere in those two gospels does it indicate that it is for a group that doesn't read the books in the first place

Your belief doesn't change the fact that the word "harpazo" is in 1 Thess 4:17, Rev 12:5.

Christians have been standing against satan for 2,000 years.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
