Is there anywhere in the bible were it says right out that angels watch over us?

I would say yes there are at least two that say that they watch out for us. 

Psalm 91:11 "For He will give his angles charge concerning you, to guard you in all ways."

Luke 4:10  "For it is written, 'He will command His angles concerning you to guard you carefully."

Yes there is, "right out" declaration. It is found within the old testament and is quoted  by  one of the four witnesses to the gospel of Jesus in the new testament, by Luke.

Here is the declaration in it's entirety as  found within Psalm 91.

My Refuge and My Fortress

91 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
    will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
  I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,

  He will cover you with his pinions,
    and under his wings you will find refuge;

Plus I will share straight out that I have been beneficiary of angels watching over my family and myself. One was even used by God the Holy Spirit to bring me to my own repentance from my sin against God. I tried debating an angel about the existence of God. Ha foolish thing considering who and what I was debating. I was rapidly humbled made aware of my total ignorance and really the arrogance of my sin against God my denial of Him even existing.

I became instant Christian.

Many angels surrounded a family member as they were broken down on the roadside. Five men circled around the family member one with a knife visible and  all presenting a hostile presence. I felt something, danger, from 1200 miles away. and prayed  immediately for this family member. The five immediately fled as though they had seen others with my family member. That member and myself  are sure it was the work of God' s intervention using angels for their defense.

         My daughter seen two Angel's in the woods moving fast like the comic book the flash. And she said both were white head to foot.

Be careful how you treat “ the dregs Of society” ?......the next smelly bum you meet , asking for a hand-out, could be an Angel sizing you up.....

Do you read the Bible? Then you will see many references to angels.

My friend and his wife and family were caught in a Brownsville flood. They stayed on the roof of their Toyota minibus for at lease 12 hours. When the water receded they were stranded of course.

An old 4x4 came over the banks. Hooked up and drug them to safety. No words were said. Then they unhooked and the Toyo started right up and they drove away.

Incredible! I would often take him or his wife up in my Cub. One time, out of that little Texas strip things did not look good at takeoff. The trees on that hill got so very close - dunno how I missed them... mystery!

Heavenly beings are not all 'angels' as this is a generic term for 'messenger'. But who cares what we call them. They do watch over us and I have some embarrassing stories to prove just that.
