Colossians 2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

This verse declares we have forgiveness for ALL sin, not as some say, only for sins we confess, and repent of.

[14] For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father also will forgive you;

If someone goes out and murders somebody every day, why would the Lord forgive him before he stops murdering people?

This is interesting. About 2000 years ago, before I had sinned, Yeshua died for my sins. So even though I was as yet unborn, when I BELIEVED in Him and bowed to His Will for me, I was forgiven. Since I am NOT omnipotent and omniscient, I may have forgotten some sins. But not to worry, He knows my transgressions and forgives me anyway. So daily I confess and make sure I forsake evil and ask forgiveness for any things I may think of and let it go at that. TRUST, BELIEF and LOYALTY is all He requires of me and when I stumble, His Spirit is there to remind me, upbraid me and comfort me.

Amen.  Also blaspheming the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven...as well as the verse that says do not pray for the sin that leads to death.  This is just another example why we need the WHOLE counsel of God on a matter (as well as the Holy Spirit to help us understand).  Singling out isolated verses because it suits our theology can leads us dangerously astray instead of correcting error that we might have.

This verse declares we have forgiveness for ALL sin, not as some say, only for sins we confess, and repent of.

When you are trying to find your way out of the spiritual DARKNESS of  "self saving" commandment keeping, '""is my performance good enough today to keep myself saved""", self righteousness,   all you have to do is understand what Jesus did on the Cross, and once you do, you are FREE.

In other words, if you are struggling with "can i lose my salvation", "will i lose it", "have i lost my salvation"..... then  its 0nly because you are looking at yourself, and you are not yet able to realize or SEE the CROSS.

Once you realize,.... once you can SEE that the Cross is the END of all your self effort to get God to accept you and keep you, then you will have taken your very first steps out of the darkness of self righteousness, and into the Light of Truth.... that IS, the GRACE of God.   "Justification by FAITH", alone.  "the Gift of Righteousness".

And what is the Grace of God?    The Grace of God, is God Himself hanging on a Cross, to deliver you back into His family.    He does it by removing what is keeping you OUT of His family, and that would be, your SIN.

Only GOD can do this for you.

So, God, as Jesus The Christ, bore your sin and became your sin, and died for them all.  And in doing so, He removed the LAW from you.   He took it's power to JUDGE YOU as a sinner, away.

And so, what is left?   What is left is that you have no more sin, as Jesus took it all, and you are no longer "under the law, but under GRACE".

That is your SALVATION.  Its a FREE GIFT.  That is YOUR REDEMPTION... It is GOD HIMSELF< coming to this earth to DO ALL THAT FOR YOU, for FREE.

ARE YOU BORN AGAIN?  THEN IT HAS BEEN DONE FOR YOU.

Now get your eyes off of yourself, and put them on the GRACE OF GOD who IS< = Jesus the Lord, who IS your Eternal Life and your Sanctification and your REDEMPTION.

Do you have Him?   If you do, then God has YOU, and you never have to be concerned about "Losing it" ever  again.  NOT EVER.!

Enter : The JOY of the LORD.

who says that?

Dogmatic legalists who feel it's a mortal sin to have snippet fleetings of sinful thoughts that come and go. When that happens you just might have lost your salvation. How sad to think that. It's bondage to sin already forgiven. Not to give license to it, the Lord wants us to walk uprightly. Still, it's covered under the blood and has already been paid for. We're not to bring up past remembrances up before the Lord.

There are 10 chapters in the Book of Hebrews that speak of only one sin that is not forgiven: the sin of unbelief. If we are talking about saved people, all sin has been heaped on Jesus at the Cross---dead and buried. We are resurrected in new life. We have a changed heart. We are required only to believe that and rest in Him. A believer is a person who has Jesus living inside him; if a man denounces that, how can both be true simultaneously? Jesus said to the believer that he gives him "grace upon grace." It is sad that our default is to go back to performance and works---always adding something to God's grace, always wondering what else we must do to satisfy Him because of our wretched, sinful nature. We practice it automatically, unless we are conscious of it. A man whose heart is changed is more and more conscious of it. He is free to obey God because he knows God is for him and that God loves him and that God has given to him His Robes of righteousness to wear---even on our worst day---always!

This is interesting. About 2000 years ago, before I had sinned, Yeshua died for my sins.

Friend, 2,000 years ago on a Cross on Mount Moriah, God answered Issac's question of, "Father, where is the Lamb?"

By "providing" Himself the Lamb "in/by" His Son, ...the God-Man, Jesus of Nazareth.

However, that was the physical "fulfillment" of the "spiritual" transaction between THE Father and THE Word, that was accomplished in Eternity past when the Lamb was "slain" before the foundation of the world. Rev 13:8

Because of the physical "transaction" of pardoning the guilty sinner was accomplished 2,000 years ago on the Cross, ...the Holy Spirit reassures our hearts:

According as He (Father) hath chosen us in Him (Jesus) before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him (Father) in love: Eph 1:4

What we, as His children, must learn, understand and appropriate into our lives is, ...it's no longer a question of, ...have our sins been forgiven(?) negative uncertainty, ...but rather we stand before our Heavenly Father, FACT and REALITY, ...EXONERATED, ...as if we have "NEVER" sinned, ...and that "judicial" proclamation, ..by God, the Judge of the Universe,  ...was made about "us" way back in Eternity past before we were ever born!

Anyone that has trouble with that, ...please read and reread Eph 1:4, and ask the Holy Spirit to write in on your heart and in your mind, ...holy and without blame, ...holy and without blame, ...holy and without blame!!!

Lord bless

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
