Gosh double booked limos you make my mind trip back to when I was a very young apprentice and had to drive limos, absolutely impossible schedules  to keep. Between Long Beach CA. and Westminster Ca. Sometimes we would be on the frontage road aside the  new freeway doing 115 mph between pick ups of families. The driveshaft of those era limos would just rapraprap rap up against the floor boards. The brakes would fade out, what a way to make a wage.  On our worst day, in th erain on two separate funerals we took out one coach and two limos plus the bosses Buick. The company lost it's insurance an dhad to pos bond with the State and self insure. Fortunately for me and my job I wasn't in any of those wrecks. Gosh old memories not thought about in decades many decades. 

Ha, lived through lots of years of nonsense -  I guess to be here today to experience yet more of it in this virus fear thrill ride, live long enough and you get to visit a serious plague or two I guess.

Here's what's so confusing to me,

The world is panicking, ...afraid of dying, ...that I understand, ...but God's children?

Here all of these years I thought Jesus died in my place so that I "wouldn't" have to be afraid of dying???

What I don't understand is, ...what's so wrong with leaving this tent "behind" and going home to be with Jesus???

Earth dwellers die, ...God's children don't die, ...they just move away from this world...

As low man on the totem pole I drove a lot of limo runs. Standard Caddy limos mostly, but when we had to rent extra limos i would call and ask for the Chrysler Imperial That thing was a mile long had glass window that went up and down between driver and passengers, had those free floating head lights and a pretty solid motor too and for the time a pretty nice radio and tape machine in the back. Plus the driveshaft didn't go all nutty every time we pushed it over a 100 MPH. Love dit when I ha dto call Osbornes in LongBeach and they said yap sure the Imperial is available.

All of our days are written in His Book, ...so why not live the rest of your days to the fullest, ...serving Jesus in what ever way He has for you until you hear "Him" call you name?

I remember reading, ...before this pandemic of "scare," ...about how you were serving and enjoying Jesus in spite of all of your aches and pains, ...so like you said (we are in the same boat), ...you go out and enjoy the Florida sunshine and be available for Jesus, ...and I'll do the same here in the Tahitian sunshine, ...and when you look up and look at the sun, ...remember/consider, ...that same sun/Son is shining on both of us.

Not only like He says in Psalms 91 the virus won't touch me, ...He's kept His Word and the virus won't even come "near" me!

The Coviv 19 virus is not "in" French Polynesia, ...the 60 that "were" infected were "healed" without any "special" medicines other than normal flu medicines, ...and they were "infected" outside of the Territory and brought it here, ...none died and there hasn't been one single case of the virus reported in the Territory!

Praise God for His Mercy and Grace on us!!!

I don't wear a mask, ...when people ask me why, ...I explain to them" facts," ...the virus is not in the Territory and that opens the door for me to talk about Jesus, ...what He did on the Cross for them, ...and they don't need to be "afraid" of dying when the do die, ...there's something much more terrible "waiting" for them than the Covid 19 virus...

However... there have so far been over 100,000 deaths in the UNITED STATES as of NOW....  This is a REAL statistic... this thing is not nearly over... the flu does NOT cause CHAOS like this thing has done. 

RESPECT is such an important thing.  As Christians we need to be shining forth as LIGHTS of HOPE for an unbelieving world.  

Being careful.. and respectful of SOMETHING that is FOREIGN and DANGEROUS... does NOT equate fear...  It just doesn't... I have been reading these posts for weeks now... Seems like just another ISSUE to tear believers apart... ( as if there aren't enough already )... Live and LET live.

Difference in conclusions do not tear reasonable people apart. Shammers yelling at  stores might, but seeking all information and making personal decisions based upon it doesn't.

I am look even now at the rules for North Carolina as I prepare to go to a summer place. Do I need to lockdown for 14 days to make local regulators happy  or not, things like that. While I think it unnecessary, I will follow their rules for their sake and their comfort.

I do not concur with the policies of  what are now being called blue States of the USA.  Unfortunately I recently bought a place in one-stupid me!I live in a Red State we are opening. Open is good closed is bad,  just silliness that will likely kill many from other causes cancer kidney disease etc. I cancelled appointments for MRI My wife can't even find her doctor to renew prescriptions. He has up and disappeared! The medical facilities are a mess!!!  

While we totally disagree that is not divisive- unless YOU cannot stand anyone reaching conclusions different from your own.
