I sent 3 emails to the 'Contact' option yet no-one has replied. It's been about two weeks. I have a serious problem but can't find help. 

I'm really disappointed.

It appears that your post was vetted so you can post most places now.  It is hard to figure out at first.  I didn't read the important posts at the top of the pages either so I was also very confused.  It helps to read the instructions.  lol
