Organ donations law has changed

This is the same in the UK. The organs can't just be taken. And anyone can opt out of permission easily.

Hmmm leave my body to rot in the ground and  feed the worms or allow parts that I no longer need to be used to give life to who knows how many ? Guess I will leave what I no longer need or want to be used to give life and hope to others .  Our brother Logan just had a transplant and is doing well I am told  After a life of suffering and countless visits to hospital he will ( God willing ) get to see his child born and hopefully see that baby grow to be a follower of Christ and a blessing to many just as Logan has been

mine would have to have a warning.   i had a weird form of meningitis early in life and they told me not to ever even donate blood

Not in Europe. We have seperate forms for donating bodies to science.

Good one, Noobster. The primary reason for opting out of body part donation would be this. How could my surviving family deal with the on the status on this particular jar? WARNING BAD BRAINS!!!

There is a distinction for that here as well. Some are not aware of this. Cadavers are very inexpensive here. Well, here's some information. I guess it goes for more than I expected.

I came across this site as well. Can't exactly say I recommend this one. Here it is anyway. Looks kind of sinister. Seems like the thread has taken on some rather macabre sense of humor. I'll delete it of course if it's a problem for anyone. It's not meant to offend. Please don't take it that way. Not much comedy happens where I'm residing. You should hear some of the jokes that go around this place.
