The many military checkpoints at various crossroads established
since 1967 fit perfectly with what Obadiah said.

'the day of the Lord is near..'

the desolate places. Thus says the Lord; they may build,

In Israel today, the so-called strangers are being forcefully evicted from
their homes and other such persecution at the hands of those who
say they have a God given right to behave in such manner.
But the Lord has promised to be a witness against such behavior.

"The Lord God shall defend them, and they shall subdue and devour,
with sling stones" Zechariah 9:15

Since 1967 it is the so-called Palestinians that have had to fight against
soldiers and tanks and bulldozers, with what they have, just stones.

The Bible declares that when Israel is restored,
that they will dwell without walls or gates or bars. Ezekiel 38:11

Today in Israel the so-called Jews live in homes with bars and gates,
and soldiers outside for protection. (watch 'the settlers' documentary from 2002)
and they also built a defensive wall around parts of the west bank.

Ezekiel 37 has not happened yet, Ezekiel 37 is a prophesy of the resurrections to come, the Lord will resurrect Israel from death and bring them back into their land gloriously, 'an exceedingly great army' Ezekiel 37:9-10.
We who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds
to meet the Lord in the air as part of the army spoken of in Ezekiel 37, Jude 1:14-15 and Revelation 19.

Clearly Paul is referring to the day of vengeance, when the Lord comes to be glorified in His saints; 2 Thess 1:7-10 and not about some mysterious disappearance of people.

Are you aware that the Palestinians try to kill innocents and the Israelites go through significant pangs to avoid this and then send in medical and other help subsequent to a violent event?

You may want to take another look at history, friend.

Talking the name "Palestinians" in this manner "the Palestinians try to kill innocents" is a thoughtless and misguided statement. 

The Palestinians are not murderers and are not killing innocent people and there are people of good conscience and are good workers. 

They live in a place of conflict, with disputed borders.

The actions of militants do not represent the Palestinian people. 

If anyone has Palestinian people as neighbors and co-workers do not see them as people with no morals and with violent mind set , and do not let fear take over when you come across Palestinian people influence by articles that do not do justice to them. 

The Palestinians as a Nation are not represented by the actions of a few people in the same way as the samefull actions of a few people in the documented history of our own countries do not represent the people of our own Nations where we live.

Much of the misguided notions of prophecy come from the misguided notion that 1948 was some great return to Israel of the Jews, and it was not. Strangers invaded
and started a military occupation of the land that continues to this day.

I agree, except for the 'much of the misguided....'  

Good and bad figs.  Clay and iron.  Those who are and those who claim.  

BUT no matter what, Israel once again became a nation.  And I believe that people from all the tribes, not just Judah (Jews) returned. 

So, what are we to expect?  The people who were removed were under the old covenant.  Are those the people WE need to see return or do we need to see 'Christians'? I really don't know.

So to me anyhow, Israel becoming a nation again WAS/is A BIG DEAL because anytime a prophecy of 2520 years is fulfilled, then it best be getting our attention, setting a place in our time, 
(and I wouldn't be shocked to find out it was to the very day).  

And now as we look around there is/has been a pestilence.  How many generations since Christ rose have seen prophecy fulfilled, make that past 70AD?

Things are changing quicker and quicker feelin like labor pains to me.    We best  open our eyes to what is going on.   

I myself think it is a good time to begin to prepare.    I know we have had false prophets for years and years predicting the end that NEVER comeS to pass,
BUT WOULDNT that be something Satan would do just to be sure when the time really came no one would have their guard up anymore? 

And just maybe we are supposed to be living this way,  so we can be SURE the final generation receives the TRUTH and though we may not end up with the actual physical experience,  we will have the same knowledge.  Same armor.  And that comes with us anyhow....D

Isn't it this witnessing, the Holy Spirit speaking,  that 'turns the 144,000 from worshipping the beast,  there by, in effect,  bringing the blindness of Israel to an end and joining the two sticks or am I off in the timing and everything else here?  Thank you again 7,  D

If those claiming to be Jews are really Jews, then you can say that any word against them is perhaps 'anti-Semetic'. But if they are not truly Jews then they are the true anti-Semites. If we take a close look at scripture (as I showed you, and hope that you sincerely study the scripture I shared with you) it reveals the truth. I stand by the word of Christ and therefore recognize the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not but do lie. Rev 2:9, 3:9.

If your sincere, you should seek out the real history of the apartheid
that started in 1967 by the so-called Jews.

A history of those such as Baruch Goldstein.
A history of occupation and murder.
