I did read it. You are right that I overstated my objection.

I'm still not a fan of these 'parables' which still read like a you are setting up a strawman. Have you ever conversed with political activist, secular humanist scientists from Berkeley?  Secular humanism is a philosophy and many non-scientists hold to that position as well, so I'm not sure why the scientist-angle are important to this story.

I disagree in a bit of a semantic sense. Mathematics is a human concept that developed over centuries. It's a way to explain the world in abstract. That does not discount God as a fundamental part of this since he is the Creator. As you wrote, God, in his inestimable wisdom, granted us the intellect and reasoning capabilities to explore the creation through tangible and abstract means. This applies to many of the endeavors that you've listed as well. God does not experiment or test hypotheses as a research scientist might. He doesn't drill the earth's crust to understand and quantify a gold deposit.

Charles "The Enemy" Templeton vs. Billy Graham/And All Billy's Fellow Christians.

Templeton was at one time a widely known evangelist who was associated with
the Billy Graham ministries. Templeton turned against God, and turned to the worship
of his true little banty rooster god names Science, and then tried to turn Billy Graham away
from the Christian faith. Templeton even wrote a book titled:

"Farewell to God: My Reasons for Rejecting the Christian Faith"

Often I like to write shall we say "Christian art pieces" that contain some mystery

within the theological framework of traditional Bible believing Evangelicalism.  I'm

not out to clone you. Take whatever you can use from  my pieces, and flush the rest.
