It’s awesome how we can clearly see prophecy coming to pass in these latter days.  For such a time as this, all of us living in this final generation were put on this earth to stand gospel-armored till the very end!

I think we can all agree on this statement.

A “convergence” of everything prophetic leading up to the Tribulation is occurring. I could write a book on it, but it would be obsolete by the time I finished.

All these events related to birth pains and alignments are happening faster than anyone can track and process.

We now see the tension between Russia and Israel, with Russia turning against Israel. Israel’s sorties near Damascus and Russia’s new surface-to-air weaponry. Now Putin is adamant that the Golan Heights do not belong to Israel.

We are the generation witnessing all these things coming to pass. I’ll bet my deceased grandfather would be tickled pink to see all these things happening.

Putin is certainly Gog-esk.

With that I agree very much, the disciples were looking for those days,I never expected to see the days we live in now,I always wished to see them..but oh my goodness,they're so evil and satanic, the good part is that we know who will reign for a longgggg time soon!

Eze 38:8  After many days you will be mustered. In the latter years you will go against the land that is restored from war, the land whose people were gathered from many peoples upon the mountains of Israel, which had been a continual waste. Its people were brought out from the peoples and now dwell securely, all of them. 

This is the only place in Scripture where you have this phrase ... acharit shenaim.

Eze 38:9  You will advance, coming on like a storm. You will be like a cloud covering the land, you and all your hordes, and many peoples with you. 

A cloud covering the land ...

Eze 38:16  You will come up against my people Israel, like a cloud covering the land. In the latter days I will bring you against my land, that the nations may know me, when through you, O Gog, I vindicate my holiness before their eyes. 

So here we have a cloud covering the land ... in the end of the end of days ... acharit hayamim. 

So that gives you a hint of dual fulfilment.

For example in Zechariah 6 ---

Zec 6:12  And say to him, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts, “Behold, the man whose name is the Branch: for he shall branch out from his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD. 

Zec 6:13  It is he who shall build the temple of the LORD and shall bear royal honor, and shall sit and rule on his throne. And there shall be a priest on his throne, and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.”’ 

So here we see a dual fulfillment ... back to back verses repeat themselves.  What do we know?  Yeshua (Jesus) is building a spiritual Temple ... as well as a physical Temple. 

So pay attention to when God repeats Himself ... it gives you a clue there's something more than meets the eye.

@Selah7  In my humble opinion, the reason for so much confusion is because people are not looking at when they are blasted.  Most years trumpets are blasted only on Yom Turah (Feast of Trumpets), however on a Jubilee (Yovel) year it's blasted again on Yom Kippur.  

Now the trumpet is blasted to signify an event .. in my mind it's the announcement that the wedding has arrived.  It's time to consummate the wedding.

Read the parable ...

Mat 22:1  And again Jesus spoke to them in parables, saying, 

Mat 22:2  “The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who gave a wedding feast for his son, 

Mat 22:3  and sent his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding feast, but they would not come. 

Mat 22:4  Again he sent other servants, saying, ‘Tell those who are invited, “See, I have prepared my dinner, my oxen and my fat calves have been slaughtered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding feast.”’ 

Mat 22:5  But they paid no attention and went off, one to his farm, another to his business, 

Mat 22:6  while the rest seized his servants, treated them shamefully, and killed them. 

Mat 22:7  The king was angry, and he sent his troops and destroyed those murderers and burned their city.

So in the parable ... you have a wedding ... and before the FEAST could take place ... the King KILLED off those wicked servants.  There was a battle.  

In a Jewish wedding there is a period in which a newly wed husband is not to go to war.

Deu 24:5  “When a man is newly married, he shall not go out with the army or be liable for any other public duty. He shall be free at home one year to be happy with his wife whom he has taken.

So let me break it down what I'm seeing in my mind.
