How old is the earth biblically

Good question.  The Bible doesn't really say definitively either way.  However, if you look at anthropology, there are no records of human civilization beyond 5-7 thousand  years ago.

The bible is rich in information, some examples below.

The 7 literal days of creation are a pattern for the prophetic history of the world. Keep that in mind.

 2 Peter 3:8 Yet, do not miss this one thing: that one day with the Master is as a thousand years,45 and a thousand years as one day.

45 This is a paraphrase of Psalm 90:4, which reads in the LXX, “because a thousand years in Your eyes are like the day, yesterday which passes by...” This statement was inferred from God’s threat to Adam that “in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die” (Gen. 2:17), because “In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground, For out of it you were taken; For dust you are, And to dust you shall return.” (Gen 3:19). I think the Jewish lunar calendar is close to how old planet is. Though in Israel they just made a find that was 7,000yrs old.

I believe God gave us the lineage of all those folks and the length of their lives to reveal the age that man has been on the earth. He does not do anything unless it is purposeful and is given within His plan of salvation for man. Also, there is no reason to pick apart the genealogy/ spacing / perceived missing layers of people within His list- He has a perfect reason for having Moses record it exactly as it is- we just have not found it yet. But if one believes His schedule or listing of all the fathers and their years are flawed, then the entire Bible is not worth the paper it is printed on !

Many have added the lives of all those folks and have come away with 4000 years up to the time of Christ…. no such thing as a coincidence thus we are currently around 6000 years (ties in with the rest of the Bible verses on time). 
 

Again, either His Word is accurate and inerrant or it is not.. I believe it is perfect!!

Therefore, the age of man is say 6000 years and the age of the earth, the universe and everything else that was created is… 6000 years plus 5 days.

How old is it, or how long ago was it made

It could be as Old as God created it to be, 6000 years ago

He made Adam and Eve Old, All the animals mature, why not the world?
