Do you think that some people, including me have feelings of doubt, because they don’t know God’s will?

Jesus put down two simple commandments: To love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbors (meaning the rest of humanity) as ourselves. This really covers a lot of stuff from daily life. For other things like special projects and such? Pray about it, consider how well it lines up with the Bible, and seek guidance from other mature Christians but otherwise don't sweat it too much. If it's God's will for it to happen, it will happen.

Everything we, and all people, do here on this planet Earth is our God's will, through His Precious,

Blessed Son Jesus. I hope it's alright to put some verses here.

2 Timothy 1:8, 9, 10

What I believe is Gods will is His word. I believe there are times He wants us to do something but in that moment there are no doubts about it. Then over time we can get off the path but.. I also believe a simple prayer "Father put me back on the right path in Jesus name" is that easy.  Granted we want to want that which could effect allot of things since we got off the path.. haha make sense?

I have struggled over time with whether or not my life on earth has been something the Lord would say well done good and faithful servant. I honestly feel as though that is not the case…I have fallen far short of always walking in the Light I was given. This saddens me deeply and at times preoccupied me.

Since moving where we are now due to huge betrayal and damage, I have had the chance to minister to a man bitter and dying. He saw Christ in that. Recently, I found myself before the Lord confessing …..if that was the only reason for my time on this planet ‘in Christ’, it is enough for me and thanked Him for the opportunity and blessing.

Peace washed over me.

We all suffer doubt and sorrow. We have Romans 8:28.

I'm right there with you, brother. I was washed up and worthless, so when I ministered to one who was treated cruelly and believed all manner of horrible things about Christians and even our Lord Jesus Christ, they saw His love in me.

I know what you mean by "bitter." Their bitterness didn't offend me though it was hard to bear, and I had to be subjected to scorn and ridicule for a while. The Lord reminded me of His love for them at all times, and it was so humbling that He chose a stupid man like me to carry out His will.

I join you in saying "Lord, if this was that purpose for which I was born, I shall praise Your name for as long as I have breath. You have honored me beyond measure."

Truly, until that moment I felt like I had failed the Lord over and over again. When the heart of the one I ministered to softened and they embraced me, I rejoiced at the goodness and mercy of the Lord. He is worth everything.

I don't need to know God's will. All I need to know is that God is God and He is in control.

Part of life's journey is to realize when our will is relegated to His will we will finally find peace and contentment.

PUT YOUR HAND IN THE HAND

Put your hand in the hand of the man who stilled the water
Put your hand in the hand of the man who calmed the sea
Take a look at yourself and you can look at others differently
By puttin' your hand in the hand of the man from Galilee
Every time I look into the Holy Book I want to tremble (tremble)
Or when I read about the part where the carpenter cleared the temple
(Temple)
For the buyers and the sellers were no different fellas than what I profess to be
And it causes me shame to know we're not the people we should be
So, put your hand in the hand of the man who stilled the water
Put your hand in the hand of the man who calmed the sea
Take a look at yourself and you can look at others differently
By puttin' your hand in the hand of the man from Galilee
My mama taught me how to pray before I reached the age of seven
She said, "there'll come a time when there'll probably be room in heaven"
But I'm feeling kinda guilty 'bout the number of times to do what we must do
Well you do what you must do
But we forget what he said, then we figure that he'll still make room
So, you gotta put your hand in the hand of the man who stilled the water
Put your hand in the hand of the man who calmed the sea
Take a look at yourself and you can look at others differently
By puttin' your hand in the hand of the man from Galilee
Everybody come along
Put your hand in the hand of the man who stilled the water
(Who stilled the water)
Put your hand in the hand of the man who calmed the sea
(Who calmed the sea)
Take a look at yourself and you can look at others differently

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Proverbs 3:5-6

(yes-it is that easy)

How can you believe in some situations when you don’t know if you’re believing in His will or your will?

How often / intently do you read / study the Word of God?

First of all, seek the tutelage of the Holy Spirit who wrote the Bible to get God's version of the story.

All other versions are bogus.

By version I mean God's side of the story.

As far as Bible versions, whichever one speaks to you the most / the one you will stick with.

I prefer the KJV because I don't speak old English and so I have to dig more to understand.

Plus it is a very old version and well known / documented.

These scriptures will point you in the right direction to study the Bible:

2 Peter 1:20-21 / 2 Timothy 3:16-17

1 Thessalonians 5:21 / 1 John 4:1

Acts 17:11 / 2 Timothy 2:15

Proverbs 25:2 / Deuteronomy 29:29

Isaiah 28:9-13

Sometimes his rhema word is what is confusing.  He has a generalized word, but then he has a word for each individual that can be confusing.  Sometimes it seems the “Holy Spirit”, I call the Ruach seems slow to answer, and the flesh wants instant knowledge.  Life and the afterlife, meaning eternity, of course, are all a journey.  It’s a process.  Thanks for the verses.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
