I'm a leaky vessel ... and I know I need to be constantly filled with His Spirit!   Charles Finney, in his book, "Power from on High" talks about the "baptisms' of the Spirit!   Trying to play Bible ping-pong is not my objective ... just real power-filled faith is the goal.  if you're not interested in studying the revivals before you ... then I'm not going to waste my time.  Be blessed!

What if it wasn't the atmosphere in the way he was suspicious of as "trapping" heat but more heat was getting in?

If regular air does not get hotter than that cylinder with CO2 and water vapor, then should we be looking at regular air instead?
