I totally agree and really like the thread. I'm focusing on that also, quite afew times I stress myself out wishing I could take back a few words lol. It can get frustrating it's not worth it at all. I'm running around with prosthetic valve in mine, I know what you mean :).

One of two topics I'd like to bring up on a new thread is speculation of a Pre-Adamic world. Is there any justification for this speculation? There was a second topic but it has temporarily slipped my mind. If you have any suggestions, fire away.

Gonna share my newest 'tactic' to HELP keep me from 'regretting'. 

I try and remember my angel in heaven that has the face of God,and imagine Him shaking His head at her when I do write something 'not right/not kind'.  So far I know it has caused more 'highlight and erase' and less regret and way more peace. 

If you have any techniques, I am all ears.   I just feel like Paul too much of the time feeling that verse he said of himself along the lines of 'that I would not I do and that that I would do I don't'.

I am a liberal user of the "ignore" feature. At one time, I had 34 people on "ignore" at the same time on another Christian Forum.

I've heard that some think this teaching (pre-adamic race) undermines the basic message of the gospel, but I've not seen much validity to that claim.

I have seen the stuff they use and it is imagined; as the objective format of God’s Word does not state it….
