Nice thought yet its not true. Yes yes I know what your trying to say but in real life rarely yet does happen sheep bite sheep and bite the shepherd. Some sheep are known for biting.

He says do not let your anger last until the sun goes down. So lets not use speculation as truth. Case in point "Maybe that is not a sheep, but instead a wolf that is doing the biting". Not sure why in those moments we would think negative. Yeah its always the other person that's wrong I get it I do. Flip it I always will  look at me first. We all have the right to get mad..just don't let it last more then a day. Try to remember were reading "text" and not to read into something that is not said...pfft being typed. Again make it about you.. not them you speak words of life and no matter what is said or to you at you.. speak words of life. That will bring more bare more fruit.

a socially retarded way

Ha, reminds me of a work friend who decades ago used the phrase "socially unconscious".  Come to think of it he used it in a description of me. He was a kick, well was till he died rather young.

All these decades later I find I have been led to a church body that had a pastor ( Now deceased)  who emphasized Love one another. As God loves you, love one another. Or as I think of it Love God -love one another. Be kind to one another. It is he that also said sheep don't bite sheep.

I Liked that caution then, still do. If someone is biting, if that is their way or habit, they may not be a sheep, even though they are among the flock and in the sheepfold.

Do you feel I have bitten you?

I don't know have you? ???

I try not to keep a record.

Reminds me though of a lesson learned along the way in my own life.

We had a business adversary that was  trying to take over our business. My then partner was quite friendly with him regardless, and would end up sharing some inside information about our business with our adversary.

I cautioned him on that saying, "He is not your friend!" My partner a well studied and learned  Christian, responded, "I may not be his friend, but he is mine."

That has stayed with me for decades now. And seeing how my partner lived out his life to the end, I find he had the right attitude and goal! Treat all well, be a friend to all, regardless of how they may treat you.

For the victory comes at the end of the run of life. Run well and finish strong. All the little stuff along the way? It truly is little stuff along the way.

Those that may be wolves, or those sheep that may not be having a good day on a particular day are not the same animal at all; however even the wolf can be witnessed to  and of our Lord's gospel in word and in deed plus prayed for  that many may be found mature at  our Lord's return.

 To love the sheep the fellow sheep, that's easy; to love the wolf not so easy perhaps, but worth the diligent effort for the sake of the glory of God.

Gets to be fun even! There is more than a few ouch ouch moments felt as one sojourns along the roadway though isn't there? Still, what a fun adventure!

Sheep go "Baaaaaaaa" . . .

Goats  "Butt or push" each other around and always want to be at the top of the flock . . .

About the last paragraph,

i would say if a person or the majority of the congregation of a church do not display christian love, than something is terribly amiss.

I believe there is something more to be concerned with rather than someone who does not write in a certain the style that pleases you,  and  that is: someone who comes in so craftily that they make themselves have people bend over backwards for them while they gain more and more of an audience as most sheep can tend to follow other sheep, and then start bringing into the church or Forum other worldly philosophies and end up watering down Gods Word to being lukewarm and of no effect.

This is what we call apostasy happening in the churches today.

And if you see that you are in a lukewarm church, best is to get out.

Revelation 3:16-1816 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:1I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

How does one recognize a lukewarm church?

When the Word of God is watered down and worldly philosophies are implemented instead and  do not align with Gods Word

This is the bigger concern, that is : of a true luciferian wolf coming in sheeps clothing looking to steal, kill and destroy Gods sheep.

this luciferian infiltration : saying all goes, yoga is ok, worldly living is ok, is in fact NOT OK.

These are the Real luciferian wolves to be concerned about in order to protect yourself from them.

When the Real Wolf antichrist makes himself known,  they will be so Charming, so alluring, so captivating.

In Christ Jesus Always;

Not perfect by far but continuing forward His race;

If you can recognise in oneself, that maybe you have been a biter, then come to the knowledge of all that biting, why  you did it, some even aren’t aware of their “ biting “ could be done out of complete ignorance, the only person that can reveal it to them is the “ Holy Spirit “ once you understand why you did all that biting ,you may understand where a sheep who bite comes from, .....my thoughts.

Hello Rosie;

I think it would be also correct if another loving member took the other person aside and had a little talk with them . The Holy Spirit can also work through a beloved brethren.

Also it is written that we ARE our brothers keepers and when we see something off we should go to our brother sister in Christ to help them SEE their going off track.\

James 5:19-20

My brothers, if anyone among you wanders from the truth and someone brings him back, let him know that whoever brings back a sinner from his wandering will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.

Matthew 18:15-17-18-20

Galatians 6:1Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

      Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

      This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

      You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

      Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

      I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

      For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

      2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

      So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

      Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
      Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

      Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

      As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

      Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
      Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

      So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
