How does the darkness rule this world ? Please explain short and clearly.

Does God love satan? Should we love enemies of God?
Should we love satan and his children?
Can we love God & satan? What is this if not betrayal?
Do you think it's possible to love God and satan at the same time?

Why do we have to love those who wish us harm for no reason?

Does God forgive satan and his children?

In order for Satan to offer the "kingdoms of the world" to Jesus, the "kingdoms of the world" would have had to belong to Satan.  If that were NOT the case, then Jesus would have corrected Satan's claim to ownership of the "kingdoms" (governments) of that time and since that did not happen, then we accurately assume that Satan was telling the truth. He ruled the world then and by extension, can we say that Satan still rules the world?  By reading the news about the atrocities being committed by governments today, that seems like a reasonable conclusion...

So how does the devil own nations ? Does it create the law ?

Every person that has been born, every nation that has developed, every Kingdom that has been created since thin has come out of of man's inherited sinful nature from Adam.

Some great stuff here I believe in Isa 14 it was talking about him "Those who see you will gaze at you, They will consider you, saying, ‘Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms,". For Satan to lie to Adam and Eve the fall would have already happen. We know they rule kingdoms "But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia." Daniel 10.

So what happens in the heavenly realm then takes place here so to speak. We know he's like a roaring lion seeking whom he may kill. God asked "The LORD asked Satan, "Where have you come from?" In response, Satan answered the LORD, "From wandering all over the earth and walking back and forth throughout it.". Side note its one those "God asked?

Christ said "Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.". 

It is true is way to much to talk about and many will not understand. We have authority over all the power of the enemy. Do we have the authority to fight in then 2nd 3rd heavens? See it.. way to much to this. 

So what matters is " Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you."

"for this world is not our home; we are looking forward to our everlasting home in heaven. With Jesus’ help we will continually offer our sacrifice of praise to God by telling others of the glory of his name. Don’t forget to do good and to share what you have with those in need, for such sacrifices are very pleasing to him."

People are already in the grasp of Satan. And they want to carry out  desires of satan. They are many of course. They vote and help win the elections but they ignores the fact that:
'“The Lord brings death and makes alive; he brings down to the grave and raises up. The Lord sends poverty and wealth; he humbles and he exalts. '
1 Samuel 2:6-7

God has the power of life and death, peace and war, health and disease, pandemics,  terrible famine, disasters or natural cataclysms...

By the way,  Noah (2014) is my favorite movie of all-time. I saw those great movie so many times.

Than God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. 

And God destroyed the Israel state.

Events in our days make me feel something of the same sort should happen or  something even worse. Since Jesus said it would be "more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the Judgment Day than for those towns."  because Sodom and Gomorrah knew nothing about Christ, whereas those towns did—and still they refused to believe.

As Pastor John Hagee once said, "If God doesn't punish America, then God owes the world an apology for destroying Sodom and Gomorrah."

I would say it slightly differently.

God doesn't owe the world anything.  He owns the world and all things within it, the world doesn't own him.  The world lives by his terms, he doesn't live by ours.

They use influences to help people feel comfortable in sin. 

@Hopefully Ephesians 6 mentions 'the rulers of the darkness of this world'; but also refers to mighty, spiritual resources: weapons from God for a victorious conflict: the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God, the shield of faith, etc.
