Walz talked about unity....but I think he means a unity where the rest of us are forced to accept the Woke agenda. The Lord said 'When we fast', not 'if we fast'. Most believe those days are over.
         I know, I'm meddling....
Just look at our countries world prominence as the most obese in the world.

Fasting a couple three days is a good way to take back our spirit control over the flesh.
It really is quite easy, yes, and have heard of health benefits in addition to spiritual.
It's neat to take control back from the flesh, which can spread to other areas.

He fasted for forty days and forty nights and afterwards was hungry"

Just try 24 hrs, see if you can swing it...
