Harris and Walz are dangerous.   Besides being Socialists, they are totally accepting of the Woke culture and transgender agenda.    Kamala even did a political ad with drag queens beside her.

Young children are being brainwashed by the far left to question their gender.   It's being pushed in the schools.   Puberty blockers and surgeries are accepted by the far left.

Kamala pushed for sex change surgeries for prisoners in California.   She said illegal migrants in detention centers should be able to get sex change surgeries.

Walz's "church" is totally Woke and into the transgender agenda.   Even their name tags have pronouns.   His denomination recites the Sparkle Creed which is blasphemous and makes being transgender their god.

Walz signed legislation which removes protections for babies born alive after an abortion.

Christians, please vote for Trump.   He acknowledged that God spared his life and willingly accepts prayer with pastors like Franklin Graham.  @other one @Patticats

Who would have thought government would ever get involved in the business of sex? First it was contraception, then abortion with their money funding it.  Then the promotion of lifestyles condemned as perversion in the Bible, even going so far as to shine the colors of the rainbow they robbed on the white house.

The intention is clear, the indoctrination of our youth. To what end?
This is being promoted all over the world ie. the recent Olympics.
Government and many key organizations are getting involved in the promotion of these things over trying to help promote hetero families. Why is that?

Why did the government get involved in sex and why are they making laws which try to force those of us against it into acceptance?

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think about these things. (Philippians 4:8 NASB)

Railing about the world doing what the world does profits no one. It alienates the lost by demonstrating that the grumbler is no different than the world, for grumbling discontent is a worldly tradition. Instead of Christ, they witness a demonstration of the flesh.

I totally agree. I think it shows the Christian’s sensitivity to sin. We are appalled at things. Remember wwjd? I wonder how He would respond? We are lights in a dark world and I think we can see the contrast between us and them.

Should we discuss it? To agree it’s getting worse is further affirmation for me, that yes we are getting closer to the you know what:)

One more reason to keep before us this truth, God is still on the throne.
This changes everything. If God be for us who can be against us.
He will never leave us nor forsake us.

For God so loved, he gave...
                          Lest we forget

Yes, we should discuss the you-know-what issues of the you-know-who candidates, as it helps us as believers to apply our faith to shape our world views which should affect our earthly citizenship actions specifically regarding voting.

So, in my opinion . . . we should discuss the you-know-what issues, and the you-know-them candidates, and their  you-know-what policies (or lack thereof which can be telling), so we can vote for the lesser evils of you-know-them policies that the you-know-them candidates will be actively promoting in our you-know-where nation where we live . . . all the while looking for the Great-you-know-what-event  where we will meet the Greatest you-know-who in the clouds and be with Him forever more.

I hope my generic run-on-sentence won't offend the you-know-who's reading this . . . and yes . . . my sense of humor can be odd at times . . . . LOL

Muslims are appalled by the same things. Does this make it indicative of godliness? There is a righteousness of the flesh that issues railing accusations, and there are men who put transgressors to death.

Our example is what the sick and dying need, not hatred and disgust. Public displays of indignation do not serve the Lord, they serve ourselves. Don't be deceived.

And he says Haitians are eating our dogs and cats.

Evidently God didn't give a hoot about Mr. Corey Comperatore.

Is there anyone Franklin Graham will not show up to pray with or for?

Oh Lord, please save us from these choices before us. For what have we to do with Belial?

I had made the decision to  go for the lesser of two evils, but then I find Trump doubling down on stories like Haitians are eating our pets. Got my pep rally e-mail from Bobby  Kennedy Jr. this morning still urging a vote for Trump, and that one of his own top priorities will be to make sure Trump follows through on his promises, then he lists them.

All I can think of for reference is what God told Lot, get out of town now don't look back.

This isn't half as bad as it is going to get.

Less that be misunderstood, I think it grand that Franklin prays, no matter with whom and hopefully with and or for everyone.

I do not think it grand he promotes political candidates. All that does is preach, and then only to the choir. It turns off those opposed to His favored candidates from hearing of Jesus' gospel.

I was amused, and I agree to an extent. I'm strongly of the belief that we can't really expect world governments to be Christian, or at least aligned with Christianity. It's very nice when that happens but as a general rule it doesn't. It's an area where we in the west have been privileged/spoiled over (depending on how you want to look at it) but that time seems to be coming to an end. All that said there's a time and a place for it all, and political discussions shouldn't come at the expense of unity among the believers and building each other up in Christ. It's important to keep that in mind whenever these topics come up.

At least for me my politics and votes don't come down to a couple of issues, but rather the picture of a candidate as a whole. Unfortunately that picture is overwhelmingly rotten when I look at our politicians and world leaders in general. I very much get Neighbor's stance as well as those who abstain because they simply don't feel comfortable with any of the choices offered to us.

I feel this so much. Like I've stated before in the thread and elsewhere I prefer to look at the big picture of a candidate. I very much wish this wasn't the case but I mostly just see a nest of vipers at our top level government.

I don't really follow him, but I get what you're saying. I personally feel like the big influencers for Christianity in our modern would would be better off not endorsing political candidates for that very reason. By all means pray for/with them, but beyond that just preach the Gospel and people will be able to figure it out from there.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
