I disagree with the BEWARE thing. People shouldn't write about this without also going into what USAID has been doing for the past 15 years.   It has a good title, but has pretty much turned into a big ball of worms.  And it's my money they are wasting.

Personal question: Is there no room for national charity? The idea that "our Tax dollars fund a charitable enterprise, is that bad? One percent of a nation's revenue going to  USAID,  should the Red Cross be next in line to be cut off? How about the Salvation Army?

Are those complaining actually people that do pay income taxes?

And what of US government grants being used to help fund private education at Christian schools.? (Most all Christian primary grades schools would fold up without  government grants) Should my tax money be forwarded in the form of student grants to Christian schools that may teach Freewill instead of  divine foreknowledge and predestination? (LOL), just having a bit of fun with that last one; but seriously  what is so awful about charity by a government?

Oh oh, lets get rid of Hospice and Empath too? We only like winners! Those with needs, not so much.

USAID has some projects that offer aid to various nations, BUT don't let that name fool you . . . AID <> humanitarian aid. AID = Aid to International Development. It finances many things that are not humanitarian aid projects at all. It has parts of it that are focusing on LGBTQi+ and Diversity education programs world wide. At some point the individual programs and their purposes will be fully revealed, but, I suspect it is a basic slush fund for various woke projects mixed in with agricultural initiatives etc.

Personally, I will let this play out and then we will see where its money goes and exposures are made about what it is financing. A lot of our tax dollars have been channeled internationally to further Woke initiatives while our vets sleep on the streets and those who love our country are put into jails for exercising their 1st amendment rights . . . . 

And . . . what? NBC news  . . . ? . . . ?  Seriously!????  That Trump hating news source certainly MUST be unbiased source of truth, right ??? (tongue in cheek)

Look on your streets? At your own fellow Americans in need of help. You don;t leave your own household members out in the cold to make room for another mans house members. Yes, there is something wrong with that IMO

What about it? Taxes to educate children are paid by these parents. That money should be following their child

Yes, there is nothing unusual about governments forming special relationships with whomever they want.

The term "QANGO" (quasi-autonomous non-governmental organization) is used internationally to describe organizations that operate independently but receive government funding and perform public functions. New Zealand where I live with numerous relatives involved in government service, does have a notable history with quangos, and they've been a significant part of the country's administrative landscape

Our form of government should always answer to an elected body. These QANGO agencies, bureaus, departments of, groups need to go away, to be placed in the hands of elected officials to be accountable to we the people.
