I've not read all the replies.....

I think there are ebbs and flows in every Ministry- high tides n low tides but seasons change and Gods Ministries still stand

Personally,I've seen many come & go and that will always be-we go where God's Will will have  us be,sometimes for just a season but always for  Reason ..there is but One Head with many members and so we Know them by their Fruit

Simply " press on" Saints....if anyone finds themselves anyplace where they feel discontented or it's time to go  then they must ask God's Direction .... if you keep bumping into the enemy head on then certainly you are walking on the Right side of the road,I'd have to wonder if there were no opposition 😊

May God Continue to Bless this Worthy Ministry in a Mighty Way.God Bless George,our Ministry Team,every supportive member and our faithful readers that we may be A Blessing to others🙏

If we consider the missionaries in forien countries and what they go through.
Families that travel at night in the country for days just to assemble, praising God, and have fellowship one night.

If this forum would be considered a battleground for the truth of the gospel, Angels, you would be considered an old salt!
(sorry: bout that:)  But you and others have endured, not fled the battle. Sharing your experiences here for others to learn.
I wouldn't let the real enemy defeat you in your call, because he has already been defeated by Him that is within you.

My personal belief is we're going to get more intense battles here as the enemy knows his time is getting short.
Sending/planting their misguided posters here to disrupt is a tactic used to generate hostility/confusion/deception.
And the Lord has put an old salt like you and others to make a stand here for Christ. It will be worth it all!

Agree Kwik, now here is the question,how can the forum be changed so we don't see so much negative comments  ? George never used to allow politics,when he did it had to be approved,maybe those topics should be approved again?Gods children should show  love and care for each other  not bickering of who's right or wrong..

I have been around WCF for awhile. I am sorry but it was not all that wonderful for a period of time some time back now. It was so bad that our host had to make the very hard decision to ban, as I remember it, four overseer/moderator/mentors.

Back at that time I had written George Whitten of my own need to leave the message board because of it's being  IMO badly corrupted by some that were to be helping, and instead appeared to me to be corruptors of his ministry. I have found  that moderator to be quite fair whether I agree with  conclusions  reached or not. Fair in that  the interests of WCF ministry is kept upmost in mind. As to present overseers, I think George Whitten  and Michael 37 might want to reassert what is the intended purpose  of having overseers.

 Politics is politics; it is a hard fought battlefield. It does reach out into affecting the mission of our Lord and savior Jesus by affecting WCF and about every other format of communication today.  That either is okay here with all viewpoints being enabled  to be presented, or it is not okay here to mention any viewpoint at all  whether it champions a particular leader/ruler or not. BUT it is grossly disruptive to make this ministry a vehicle to promote "make America great again" and to silence  those that question what is so great about what is happening  in the USA,  and elsewhere.

This ministry  is reaching out into the entirety of the world online, as it invites many from all over the world to join in  to learn to share and to fellowship beyond our locale and our own present understandings of God. It should not be a place of constant  trumping of you know who. The trump all should be sharing and about and discussing is that final trumpet sound.

I conclude with:  WCF is greatly improved over what  happened to it some long time back now. Each here today can make it even better by engaging far more with prayer, prayer requests, and  by being prayer warriors, sharing testimonies of our Lord and how each of us has been called by the Holy Spirit to know Him and be turned about to Him from sin against Him.

Though we each in this world  it is time to fight ever harder to not be of it. Support one another, be tolerant of each other, show love for each other, so  that light night shine from this ministry.

And give George comfort! He has worked under what I think to be a tremendous challenge, is still sharing of the gospel and how events  prove it out. All despite the now several year of turmoil,  the COVID related upsettings of  near everyone's plans for their lives.

Let's all remember  as  rule sheep don't bite sheep, if you are getting bit  consistently for your attempts at sharing of our Lord the biter may not be a sheep at all. So pray for that person too by name for the need, their need as well as your's and mine is great.  Let's all work at being better encouragers nor discouragers. For that will be good testimony that blesses God as we are blessed. Let's strive at making WCF a place of joyous and very high blessing perhaps by being less inclined  to retort back and forth and instead  by working at reinforcing each other in the cause of our savior Jesus.

Politics were never allowed in the forum,that came much later, and then the  posts had to be approved,it might be wise if we could   go back to those days. We have to respect the government God allowed to happen and pray for them. God does all things well and He has a plan to fulfill His plans using this present government .

But it did make him wise indeed. He put on "clothing" right away. And he figured out which tree's leafs to use. 

The complexity of the inventive mind in him showed up.

In the 12 yrs I'm here I don't remember not allowing politics or having to approve Topics on such..

I really don't see a problem having such conversations and if they are posted in General Discussion or other inappropriate Forums other than in the Current News Section( Political Forums) they should be moved..... Quite frankly I don't think this Topic is General Discussion as well,I mean" what is it"?I think these are questions that should be asked of George ,pm him

There are bickersome people that will argue & be negative about any Topic- don't you find whomever sows discord does so everywhere? Obstinate people will say the sky is black if you say it's blue, & narcissistic people- well,need I say more..I don't believe any Topic is problematic but certain individuals are and we've always seen it and always will

It's not about " God's Children" and how they should behave- it's a spirit of pride ,the  struggle between flesh & spirit when academics or politics or anything is being reasoned with a carnal mind and " reacting" vs taking captive our thoughts & subjecting them to the Obedience of Christ

If anyone could hear some thoughts that popped into my head and things Im very tempted to say(& thank GOD they don't fall out of my mouth) when the enemy throws a thought my way because I'm not on my toes - but it snaps me right back to Jesus!And that's what the enemy does-just lead by example,don't entertain those discussions ,they don't warrant any reply,make your report & shut them down....as we've always done- press on Sister

it killed them then and it will kill them again,everybody who takes the MOTB will be killed ,Satan will try ones more and then the Lord doesn't let him anymore and he will be bound and we serve our King forever !

With a smile on my face I do believe that this applies to a man who walks in front of a train. He enters into a new experience, gets to know Hades and how his entrails look like - but he's dead.

Authors who has written books, appreciate feedbacks and that happens by the critics who criticise their work. This shows them how others may find the faults that they may miss or how other view their writing.   Similarly, politics and those who run for public office are open to criticism that may expose or show things that others may have not known.   

I have never been intrested in politics as most of my life has been occupied by fankly spiritual warfare of a kind that I have not seen written anywhere.  For a long time I wanted to write my experience, but somehow, for lack of knowing how to put together those extraordinary events to pen and paper to some extent hindered that or maybe the holy spirit input as to timing, mabye I don't know.

I finally a couple months ago made a thread in the general section that was moved to the spiritual warfare section and that was fine.  People made their comments and I replied with the thoughts and truths that came forth from my mind.   I knew that I would get replies that would  lead to me making defence of what I wrote, but I did not care really as I thought that I have to give an account for what I wrote.

I guess what I am saying is that even believers must know the laws of their land and the people who they choose to lead and manage the affairs of their nation as it affects many aspects of their lives, including children and extended family.   Those who lead must be accountable to the people and open for criticism .  Yes, as believers I believe we can discern the unglodly trends of political parties and choose according who their preference would be.  But even those are open to scuritiny , even with a fine comb. 

Why, because it was a lack of transparency that now are revealing truths or situations that have been hidden from the elected officals.  I now realize that to make informed decisions on whom to govern and run the land that I live in, dialogue with mutual respect can improve understanding of things now known ect.

Worthy is a Christian site and the focus is on the beliefs and witnessing of that faith.  But if other topics affects the members, then simply revise the TOS and make statements to reinforce the adherence to the rules, that may even rule out politics. 

There is a saying that is very true " Who are to guard the guards "  in reference to politics.   In my opinion a healthy discussion even with disagreements is warranted , about  the the earthly men that rules over its population.  Previously I did not care, but as events of tremendous proportion is exploding , keeping the lid is well, looking to the secular world for biblical insights or commentaries,  when I prefer the dialogue with people who I am more inclined to have truthful opinions, and that is the point opinion.  Facts, can't even get that from the officials of the Land, that is supposed to be lawmakers and leaders.
