The Last Pope?

So, since the news broke about the death of Pope Francis this morning, I have been seeing posts everywhere saying that the "next" Pope will be the false prophet or "the last" Pope...but for years, I've seen people claim that Pope Francis was the last. I'm sure they are referring to The Pope Prophecy by St. Malachy. Any ideas or opinions on this?

People love to speculate, and love it more when they find themselves able to be sensational. The Lord did not give the last pope as  a sign. He gave the Church four signs
1. Israel (Judah) being able to practice the Law again. This needs a Temple in Jerusalem
2. A degradation of moral standard by the nations to that of Noah and Lot's days
3. The "revealing of the man of sin". He comes out of the Abyss
4. A falling away of the Church (can it fall much further)

The last pope will be when the ten kings who give their power to the Beast destroy the Whore (Rev.17)

Does the date Pope Francis passed away mean anything? We notice that he passed away on a Monday, the day of the Moon. We do see the Moon showing up in Revelation numerous times.

He was in poor health and had been told by his doctors to take it easy and not overdue anything. He chose instead to meet with prominent people and hold easter services. It is no wonder really why he died.

If the next pope is a young person, it's likely him.
But I think there may be one more before the final one, so this next one is second to last, perhaps.
I think the beast gets wounded during ww3, the war itself being a deception by the beast.

I have a lot of ideas, but none but just opinions.  I'm still arguing with myself over it all, I'll let you know how it comes out.  In the meantime, I'm just going to sit back and watch things happen, knowing God's got me covered.   I do feel that the world is coming to the end crisis though, and I'm kind of glad to be able to watch it.

From what I'm seeing, the Prophecy of the Popes is considered a forgery and not scripture at all. I don't give much weight to it...seems like the subject always comes up when it's time for a new Pope.  Apparently it wasn't discovered until 1590, 400 years after Malachi's death...and the prophecies of each Pope leading up to 1590 was extremely accurate, then became vague for every Pope thereafter.

The late Pope Francis was a Jesuit; The next pope apparently will be a "woke" Pope, most likely of colour.

The Jesuits and Freemasons have their plans to bring forth this One world religion. Its all politically geared, and certainly far away from Christ Jesus' redemption plan of Mercy and Grace.

In another thread I posted my interpretation of Revelation 12 with the woman giving birth. This corresponded to events taking place a specific year. On that year, Orthodox Easter took place the same date that Pope Francis passed away. Catholic Easter that year was earlier. I have also identified this date as that when the Sun rises above Giza at the direction of Khufu's causeway. This is the year that the present prime minister of Greece was born.
