It really make me wonder... look at their fruit. It is death and hatred, for doing what they think is right(killing non-believers) causes death and hatred. For us what we believe what is right(helping and praying for non-believers) causes love and a better life. We can identify a false prophet by it's fruit.

Yes but what if this Mahdi is the antichrist? If he is the antichrist he will be coming into the world scene doing great wonders and speaking great words of peace according to scripture. So his fruits at first will not be death and hate. He will be able to decieve both the Muslims and the Jews as well as a very large part of the body of Christ.

I am very happy this Rick person challenged the imam and did so in public. More of this intelligent kind of questioning needs to be made to Muslims while they are trying to promote Islam as a "religion of peace."

I myself was a devout Muslim all my life until 2 years ago, after I had completed a master's degree in Islamic studies and started a PhD in the same field. I realized during my studies that many things didnt make sense anymore, but I had been so brainwashed about Christianity all my life, that I never even thought about it as being a source of truth.

It took Jesus' patience and love and grace to reach out to me and to get me to read the Bible with an open heart and then find the truth.

One of my missions as a Christian is to pray for Muslims and also to share the Good News about our Lord Jesus Christ with them. It is very sad what is happening in the MUslim world and many of them who want to convert to Christianity are tortured, jailed, and persecuted.

They need our prayers and also as Christians, I think we need to always share the Gospel with them when we can and make them realize that Islam is not what it claims to be.

Just my 2 cents.... I will be glad to share my testimony about how I came to know Christ after spending years debating Christians and trying to show them the "errors" of their way.

last month i attended my anual training session that is required for maintaining my state prison security clearance during the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman catholic church Protestant and muslem faith who expalined each of there belief systems

i was particulary intrested in what the islamic immam had to say the immam gave a great presentation of the basics of islam complete with video

After the presentation time was provided for questions and answers When it was my turn i directed my question to the immam and asked please correct me if i am wrong but i understand that most immams and clerics of islam have declared a holy jihad holy war Against the infidels of the world And that by killing An infidel which is a command to all muslems they are assured of a place in heaven

if thqt is the case can you give me the defination of an infidel

there was no disagrement with my statements and and with out hesitation he replied non belivers

i responded so let me make sure i have this straight All followers of allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so that they can go to heaven is that correct ?

The expression on his face changed from one in Athority and commanded to that of a little boy who had just gotten caught with his hand in the cookie jar he sheepishly replied yes

i then stated well sir i have a real problem trying to imagine pope john paul trying to command all catholics to kill those of your faith so they can go to heaven or Dr stanly ordering all protestants to do the same in order to go to heaven

The immam was speechless i continued i also have a problem of being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me Let me ask you a question would you rather have your allah who tells you to kill me in order to go to heaven or my jesus who tells me to love you because i am going to heaven and he wants you to be with me

you could have heard a pin drop as the immam hung his head in shame

Needles to say the organizers and or promoters of the diversification training seminar were not happy with ricks way of dealing with the islamic immam and exposing the truth about the muslems beliefs

we hear in australia and many should have this in the back of our minds and praying for doors to open and a window to open to wear the truth can be shared as these people are being told this and they belive in jihad holy war and see us as infidels and feel that for them to go to heaven is for them to harm us

when i read this i was also in the midle of speaking to some one about applying for a sercurity clearance so i can spend some time with those serving time this is also something that the lord is placing on my heart and i have had the chance to talk to sevral inmates due to one friend being in jail now serving time for murder and she told me that muslems are pushing there faith on others while serving time and this needs prayer to wear the gospal can be preached in our prisons to wear men and women like this are not manipulated like the muslems are

He ruined the diversification training!?? I'm sure he did it very respectfully though and opened a lot of eyes. Wish I could have been there.

If anyone wants to talk to Muslims online, there are plenty posting Youtube videos about how the qu'ran is true and they are also posting a lot of videos showing 'Christians' who convert to Islam. I respond to a lot of these videos. I think a lot of these people called themselves Christians only by default - you know, if they were filling out a form that asked them their religion, they wouldn't classify themselves as an atheist or a buddhist or a hindu so they'd check off Christian. A lot of them are young girls. I wonder if some of them are even real at all.
