I don't support WOF doctrine, show me a post where I did that? My point is still the same-Hank is a stone thrower. Period. He has turned a perfectly good anti-cult ministry-into divisive personal attacks. He has taken it over by some pretty sneaky tricks--If you don't believe me-check it out for yourself. The person who started BAM was a great bible teacher named Walter Martin. He used his energy to share the gospel with those in false religions such as Mormons and JW's and Walter Martins family has now come out against Hank and his "takeover"-there words not mine, of CRI.

Most people who listen to Hank could not tell you what WOF doctrine's they disagree with-oh maybe they could go find some old quotes-always from Hanks website but never from the statement of faith from those he is ripping on. They could however, tell you who the most "evil" people in the world are. ie Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, ect...

Then why do you care so much to post this one and only message, out of curiousity?

My point is still the same-Hank is a stone thrower. Period. He has turned a perfectly good anti-cult ministry-into divisive personal attacks.

What personal attacks?

He has taken it over by some pretty sneaky tricks--If you don't believe me-check it out for yourself.

Where?

Most people who listen to Hank could not tell you what WOF doctrine's they disagree with-oh maybe they could go find some old quotes-always from Hanks website but never from the statement of faith from those he is ripping on.

I can easily rhyme off a bunch of WOF doctrines I don't agree with. Slain in the spirit, demanding healing from God, God wants us all to be rich, name it and claim it. We've had quite a few threads on WOF subjects. It's not just Hank Hannegraf who exposes these false doctrines you know. I've listened to Hank's show about 3 times - maybe 4. Not that I wouldn't like to, but it's not at a convenient time for me to listen to him.

They could however, tell you who the most "evil" people in the world are. ie Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, ect...

Now you're off on some kind of strange tangent here.

The only reason that I questioned the so-called article that you posted was because of the writing. It sounded funny, plus I knew I'd seen something very similar emailed to me. The tone is borderline slander. I just didn't like it. It also didn't tell the WHOLE STORY.

I don't think we need to slam ANYONE who sins and repents and changes their ways, do you??

Obviously, it's much more than his money that you hate - and unfortunately hate doesn't seem to be too strong a word to use. I hope it's not true, but get a grip. Christ calls us to love each other.

WIP:

Do you find him Christ-like? Full of love, forgiveness, gentleness, meekness etc.?

I'm asking because i just don't see it. I see it in Billy Graham and some others on TV, but Copeland I just don't see it.

Do you find those in the WOF movement not Christian, and therefore not your brothers and sisters in Christ? Is wrong doctrine-and by the way-"slain in the spirit" isn't a doctrine, a reason to cast others from the kingdom if they have accepted Jesus Christ as Saviour? If so, should we who don't believe the Bible teaches OSAS, or any other doctrine we don't agee with, say that others are not our brothers in sisters in Christ because they don't go along with us?

No, they are definitely my brothers and sisters in Christ - no question. Do I think they are wrong or mislead - probably.

No, that is in no way my place and I never said anything close to that.

If so, should we who don't believe the Bible teaches OSAS, or any other doctrine we don't agee with, say that others are not our brothers in sisters in Christ because they don't go along with us?

We should not seek to divide! We should embrace Jesus and love one another as Christ has COMMANDED. If you have a problem with Hank Hannegraf, then rather than posting old news that has a tabloid-like sensationalized twist, why don't you pray for him? When you read this kind of news of a fallen man who has possibly sinned, does your heart grieve for him? It doesn't sound like you were sorry to hear about this. You post it for all to see with a nanananah! type "Hank has had it!" as though you're glad about it.

I don't understand.

If I've misunderstood your posts please correct me.

All these TV/radio Christians are being exposed for sins and stuff... who's good to listen to? How do we tell if a ministry is good or not? Is Hank's ministry spreading a lot of love? I listened to the BAM broadcast but it personally got me caught up too much in doctrine and not enough love. I'm not saying it's bad, just that I should probably master the love part first then learn the secondary doctrine. Error on my part. like artsy said, maybe we should all pray for the people at CRI.

Oh, no! Here we go again!!!! Should we go invite St. John so as to make this a 2,000 page thread? By the time him and Gary get going at each other, this could break some records for the longest thread!!! BTW, IMHO, sumthin' ain't right about Mr. Copeland!

Have you ever seen the clip of Copeland and his friend 'talking in tongues' to each other and laughing?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
