I disagree with that.

Actually, I managed to trace a deja vu experience I had one time back to a dream. (Then got frustrated I couldn't recall enough of the dream for the flash-back to have any meaning to it!) From then on out I paid attention to deja vu and usually managed to recall dream pieces from it (with the same resulting frustration).

A person who is associating with familiar spirits is actually communicating, knowingly, with a spirit. . . . that isn't the Holy Spirit.

I picked my friend up yesterday morning for church. On our way she told me something that breaks my heart everytime I think of it. We were talking about the pastors of our church. We have seven in all. When I mentioned one by name (I'll call him Mike) she told me that she told Mike about vincent and Mike got really upset at her and told her that he didn't want her talking about things like that or he will have her put out of the church. Put out of the church for being deceived? By her telling him about vincent he should have realized that she needed prayer and guildance not the threat of being put out of a place where she thinks she safe. I love my church.... I've learned so much there.... beyond the two I believe Jesus sent me there... but.... I don't want to learn to disregard the needs of anyone even if I don't believe in what their saying. Do anyone know what I'm trying to say???? This generation of Christians has lost so much.... we've moved so far from what the bible say the Church is suppose to be. I don't know... I just don't get it.

I could be wrong, but christians can be possessed.

I have never read in the scriptures where darkness can share a place where there is light. I have not read where one who believes in Jesus for salvation has then become possessed. The closest I have read is the following, which is not possession.

Acts 5:1-3

But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession. And he kept back part of the proceeds, his wife also being aware of it, and brought a certain part and laid it at the apostles

how a familiar spirit works. a witch will have one. or more. this spirit will go and gather info and come back and tell the witch. then the witch using deception will trick others into believing they can "see"(even though their eyes are closed)what color someones shirt is and tell them for a wow effect. or that they can tell the future. w/e.

anything demonic will/can only mock what God does only they do it decietfully. in the end the enemys ministry is to steal kill and destroy.

First, Jesus never made fun of evil spirits. He took it very seriously. Second, Always, look up in the Bible what people tell you. If it cannot be found in God's word then it is probably a lie.

Ghosts are what they call familiars. Demons take the form of a person or animal that has died to fool others and lead them away from knowing God. Ghosts are not the actual person who has died, but a trick. Demons can scare Christians but cannot possess them. A Christian can dabble with these things games etc. but the consequences can be serious. Jesus says to have nothing to do with them. God gives everyone free will. A Christian can turn away from God and accept the devil. The question is if a person is truly a Christian and accepts the devil, was he truly a Christian to begin with?

People who are possessed can have the demon casted out, only if that person wants to. After the demon is gone and they have accepted Christ they cannot be re-possessed. IF the person does not accept Christ into their hearts then they can be possessed again, but with even more demons. The Bible says that when a demon is casted out it will leave that person,

go through the desert (dry spells). It will later come back and if the house (the person) is empty (Christ is not living there) it will occupy the house again and bring with it other demons (multiple possessions).

Stay away from demonic games etc. by playing these you are opening a gateway into your soul and demons can influence people to do things.

As for your friend and her pastor. Tell her that a Christian should ask questions. That is how we learn and become stronger in our faith. It is the job of a pastor to take care of his flock (people). I believe that the problems Christians, especially teens, have today is due to the churches not addressing these issues. If her pastor had asked her to leave because of the questions, then she really should find another Bible-Based Church.
