If anyone tries to sell you a gift from God, save your money and time. God will give it to you for free, if He wants you to have that certain gift. If not, find out which one He is giving you. If anyone tells you that they can teach you how to be a prophet for money, they are trying to sell you a gift that is from the Holy Spirit, unless they are talking about gifts from another source. In that case, it would have to be from Satan. The gifts of the Spirit can be found in 1 Corinthian 12. This scripture tells us that He will give whatever gift to whomever He wants. Not for sale! Acts 8 17 Then they laid their hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit. 18 And when Simon saw that the Holy Spirit was given through laying on of the apostles' hands, he offered them money, 19 saying, Give me this power also, that on whomever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Spirit. 20 But Peter said to him, May your silver perish with you, because you have thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money. 21 You have neither part nor lot in this matter, for your heart is not right in the sight of God. 22 Therefore repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray God if perhaps the thought of your heart may be forgiven you. 23 For I see that you are in the gall of bitterness and in the bond of iniquity. If only a quarter of that 6,000 signed up for his class, he'll walk away with 195,000 dollars. And that's not counting all the other junk he's selling. Maybe you can quote him more specifically? Go and read what I posted from his site. Don't just look at it, read it. Post #20 of this thread. He says in plain english...he will teach you how to be a prophet. That's impossible. It's just like a promotion that a store might put on where they give away items to draw people into the store where they will spend money.
