  2. Can anybody help me design my tattoo please? It's a cover up and I would like it to be a floral, plant based type of pretty feminine design linked to Scripture. I'm not quite sure how but I know that I do want there to be some spiritual depth to what is otherwise a pretty picture covering an ugly one.
  3. Yes and: for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’ Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man’s devising. Acts 17:28‭-‬29 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/act.17.28-29.NKJV

  5. This is closely tied to what the Final Judgment lawfully/legally is, and what the Covenant lawfully/legally is. The Judgment of Law is applicable to both angels and humans alike. However for the reason that the much more intelligent fallen angels (as led by Satan) can have a vital effect on humans that less intelligent humans are (without their owe awareness) kept captive. No one (human) is righteous, not even one in front of the Judgment of Law. To humans, Jesus is the only way. That being said. The nature of the Judgment of Law is that, it's an objective judgment on one's past and one's behavior. It's an assessment of one's obedience. All humans without exception would fail such an assessments. Obedience is one of the two determining factors whether an entity with freewill can live with a completely sin-incompatible God in eternity. For that matter, Law is more like a promise from God that if one can pass the Judgment of Law, God would bear with him in eternity no matter what (like a Shepherd to His sheep). Law, which as we speak is still perceivable by the angels however is no longer demonstratable to humans living in the corrupt world - our planet Earth. God has to demonstrate the nature of Law through the Jewish covenants (more on the Mosaic Covenant). Mosaic Covenant has a strict definition that only a circumcised Jew is lawfully/legally a Jew. You are not lawfully a Jew without the circumcision. Covenant, which is only applicable to humans is granted through the blood of Jesus Christ. Any covenant (including the Covenant of Rainbow through Noah) cannot be lawfully signed off if without God's self-sacrifice through Jesus Christ at a certain point of humanity. Unlike Law, Covenant however is not an objective judgment. It's rather a subjective judgment by a God who is capable and just. Since it is a subjective judgment instead of an objective judgment, it's not limited to judging one's past and one's behavior. God is capable of judging one's heart/mind, God is capable of even judgment one's future (we don't know to which extent this would apply though). That's why unlike circumcision as demanded by a Jewish covenant in the sense of Law, baptism is subject to the subjective judgment of Jesus Christ. In terms of the New Covenant, baptism defines a Christian (the same token as how circumcision defines a Jew). However when Jesus sees fit, you can exempt from this if you have a good reason (as Jesus sees, not you) not to be baptized. An example is the thief besides Jesus on the cross. The thief won't have a chance to be baptized, he however is endorsed by Jesus as a lawfully and legally valid Christians. The judgment is subjectively belongs to God the Son in this case. You need to be baptized to be lawfully reckoned as a Christian, unless Jesus sees that you have a good reason not to be so. Or to simply put, when Jesus says that you are dead then you are dead, when He says that you are alive then you are alive. That's what a subjective Judgment could mean. By Law, when you said "Oh Lord" in your mouth, you may be saved as Law cannot judge heart to tell whether it is a lie. However Jesus Christ can tell who you are even when you fulfilled the Law by saying "Oh Lord" with your mouth. That lies the difference!
  6. Really? Rev 13 begins the start of the 70th Week, not mid week, Israel has a New Temple with Sacrifices. The Dragon pursues the woman for 1260 days, Midweek on; the same who comes out of Heaven on a White Horse, or the 1st Seal. Two leaders, two different 1260 day periods of leadership. One with lessor Tribulation, the A/C; the Second with Greater Tribulation, Satan/Dragon. All of which comprise the 70th Week. One pre A/D, the second post A/D. In Christ Montana Marv
  7. Not in the KJV nor in the 1611 on-line edition with all the Greek word links. Rev. 7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 7:14 And 2532 I said 2046 z5758 vnto him, 846 Sir, 2962 thou 4771 knowest. 1492 z5758 And 2532 he said 2036 z5627 to me, 3427 These 3778 are x1526 they y1526 z5748 which came 2064 z5740 out of 1537 great 3173 tribulation, 2347 and 2532 haue washed 4150 z5656 their y846 x848 robes, 4749 and 2532 made y3021 z0 them y4749 y846 white 3021 z5656 x848 in 1722 the x3588 blood 129 of the x3588 Lambe. 721 Now, even if there was a definite article my friend, that only points unto a known entity, like in 2 Thess. 2 where I make the case it points to verse 1 and the gathering unto Christ Jesus a la the Rapture via the departure of the Church instead of the falling away or departure of The Faith. Seems the KJV translators changed departure to falling away to take a swipe at the RCC teachings, petty politics. even in the church 400 years ago. So, even if it was pointing to a specific point in time, the tribulation is not "The Greatest Ever Tribulation, which is what Jesus called it, tribulation like never seen before or since. This is simply called great tribulation, but if we say they came out of THEE Great Tribulation, al we have to do is think, has there been great tribulation against the church for the last 2000 year? Of course there has been. Has it been the Greatest Ever Troubles? No, billions will be killed during that 3.5 years of Wrath of God where His wrath falls, and part of that wrath is he releases the Anti-Christ/Beast onto that part of the world. He judges the New World, who is the 1/3 imho, with fire, God judges the Old World with many plagues and the A.C. So, it all comes down to a word, Great NOT Greatest Ever. Therefore we have to add it all up, we have to make the 10,000 piece puzzle legible, scripture plus scripture until we get the bigger picture, and I do that, I show why Jesus tells those Gentile Martyrs (saints) that they will not get vengeance until the Anti-Christs 42 months of terror is over, HOW SO does Jesus in that passage say this? Jesus tells them their brothers all have to first be killed in like manner as they have been, then the vengeance comes. So the Beasts 42 month reign has to come to an end, his "Little Season" of 42 months. Then I look to Rev. 20:4 and show how those Martyrs are only raised and judged on earth, after the second coming of Jesus, and Rev. 4:20 specifies that only those who lived during the 70th week, and chose to reject the Mark of the Beast will live and reign with Christ (the only ones with Glorious bodies) Jesus for 1000 years. So, no one from the 70th week will enter int Heaven, they MUST WAIT until the Beast rule is over AND they will be RAISED after Jesus returns. The doors will b e shut to the Wedding to all those who had not enough oil to find their way. 2000 years is greater than 7, but that is not what it means anyway, its just an apt description of the Church Age which had GREAT TRIBULATION. If I know all the future and tell you about a basketball player who will have a GREAT GAME and score 83 points, he did have a GREAT GAME right? But not the Greatest Ever because we know Wilt Chamberlin once scored over a 100 points. See my point? A Basketball juxtaposition, lol. Whatever it rakes I guess. Of course its a seeming contradiction, one says he dies and his body is destroyed, and one says he is cast into hell alive. But its just us not interpreting the scriptures correctly. Over 90 percent of the people I talk with will argue he never dies, he is cast alive int hell. No, they have no need to be Raptured off the earth, they are raised and remain on the earth to serve with Jesus. Only those who came of [the] great [church age] tribulation will need to be raptured to heaven, to marry the lamb. God protects His bride Israel supernaturally in a great sheepfold called the Petra and Bozrah area. Israel only repents after the Rapture. God protects the Bride of Jesus by taking us to heaven to marry the Lamb during the 70th week. Its not there, bit even if THE was there, it would be pointing unto THE Church Age Tribulation period which was, of course, Great Troubles. We can't pigeonhole God's vocabulary my friend. Its obvious what this means as we mesh it all together. No one from the 70th week is going to be raptured to heaven. Trying to say the death of million of our brothers is not GREAT TRIBULATION just doesn't pass the muster test brother. Hanging on those crosses burned at the stake, missionaries killed by Satan etc. etc. etc. The Church Age has been Great Tribulation, seems you need it to be the Greatest Ever Troubles, but that not what it states. This blows up any other Rapture point save the Pre 70th week (pre trib.) so I get one must refuse to see these things if he is a mid or post trib. guy. But I am only interested in the facts brother. Not at all, I understand how these things work, we get all sorts of imagery throughout the bible that is pointing towards the end results of said descriptions, never allow one verse to override the many verses which mesh. The 144,000 (5 million Jews Men, Women and Children) will not be waiting on Mt Zion for Jesus' return as is shown in Rev. 14, but we get that imagery to point out the facts tat Israel will rule with Jesus in Jerusalem for 1000 years to come, but we both know God has them protected in the Petra/Bozrah area and that is where they will b when Jesus returns. So, in Rev. 15 we are being shown how those who died at the Beasts hands will get the victory over him in the end. Rev. 11pojnts to Victory when the 7th Trump is blown, but we know that only comes after all 7 Vials have emitted from the 7th Trump, as Rev. 16 shows us. We see the same thing with all the Seals, none of that stuff happens until the Trumpet Judgments fall onto mankind. My fav. one is Zech. 13, the full chapter. We get the END TIMES of how Israel will repent in verses 1-5 and 8 and 9. But right in the middle of that Prophecy God gives us a Prophecy that comes true 2000 years before the end time thrust of this passage, it shows HOW the "fountain was opened" in vs. 1, which cleanses the end time Jews when they repent in verses 8-9, and that is the death of Jesus in the house of his friends in verses 6-7. So, this kind of forward looking imagery can be seen all throughout the bible my friend. There are those who argue Zech. 13 all had to happen 2000 years ago because of verses 6 and 7, not understanding its two prophesies meshed together, which makes the prophecy all that more powerful. Amen. Of course there is, go look at the promises to the 7 (Divine Completion) Churches to those who OVERCOME, we can see them in Rev. 4:4 as being FULFILLED. They sit at God's throne (fulfilling Rev. 3:21 those who OVERCOME will sit at God's throne) they have on Crowns of Gold fulfilling Rev. 2:1o to those "Faithful" who are promised a Crown of Life and finally we see those in Rev. 4:4 have on white robes/raiment, and in Rev. 3:5 those who OVERCOME was promised this. So, the Church Age can be seen in Rev. 2 & 3 as "The Things WHICH ARE" and everything after Rev. 4:1 are called the "HEREAFTER" meaning after the Church Age, and during the 70th week events. Satan has to have been a Beast long ago, which simply means he tries to wipe them out and dominate them at every turn with Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome. This BEAST is the Dragon remember? Ch. 13 is the MAN BEAST that arises in the end times, that's why the crowns are on the Heads here but in Rev. 13 the Crowns are on the 10 Horns(Complete E.U. Reunited). Of course Satan tries to kill all the Jews and he tried to kill of the Church. My guess is you are not thinking about the difference in who these Three Beasts are in Revelation (Rev. 12 is the Dragon Satan) Rev. 13 is the Anti-Christ and Rev. 17 is the Scarlet Colored Beast Apollyon who has NO CROWNS at all. Those Saints in Rev. 13 are 70th week converts via the Gentile Church Remnant, who are the Martyrs seen in Seal #5's prophetic uttering. And they are the 2/3 Jews whom are killed, Jews in general were known as Saints of God by the old testament prophets. And by the Disciples also see Rev. 17:6, John proves this in the vision he saw, God relayed that the Harlot Woman (False Religion) had the blood of the Saints on her hands AND the blood of the Martyrs of Jesus.
  8. First you say; If I remember right, Neighbor, you don't like it when other posters use the words "we/us" Then you say "Way too many of us have far too many rules of order" Your conversation with God is private, between God and yourself. Your own personal rules. cool.. I'm sure it sounds nothing like my nine year old grand daughter whispering to the Father. She hasn't learned any rules yet.... I agree with Pat; I can walk and talk to God. Don't know if in talking and walking is officially praying, but it is communicating. I communicate with him throughout the day. I often purposely stop and get more serious when I ask something of him. I 'petition' him concerning a need that may pop up in my head. Or remembering someone in need of a healing/need. Too casual?? I can speak freely with someone I trust. I do not always add the "in Jesus name" to 'legitimize' my request. Yet I believe the father hears, IF my request is in his will. His will may be to take that loved one home that I'm praying for healing. God's will be done, (on earth as it is in heaven) and to God be the glory. I too think many use the phrase 'in Jesus name' causally without thinking about it. Habit. (some habits are good) I have often even ended my prayers by purposely saying 'Lord I pray these things in the name of thine only begotten son, in whom you are well pleased, Jesus, by his worth and merit I pray these things. Hoping somehow to add some reverence or earnestness to get his attention and better my chances to receive my request. Forgetting he already knows my wicked heart. I agree with him. But I know he loves me anyway. For myself, I'd rather pray often though I may make a few blunders. And honesty be supreme. Than pray less least I transgress a forgotten policy. Thanks Neighbor, Pat...
  9. 1. Is that a question? Don't you know we're all fabulous? Tssssss. 2. Yes do follow their lead but only if it's God using them and not into sin of course. Don't throw the wise advice from your mom in the wind, freely translated from Proverbs. 3. That demon came into existence in or after Genesis 6.
  10. I thank you for reading and considering my contribution to this topic; however, I may have erred in entering your thread. My bible does not have such terms that you've used in responding to the scripture I'd submitted upon request. "Hierarchy," "divine procession," "provision by the whole Godhead," "initial movement of the Father," "administration of the Son," and "direct agency of the Holy Spirit" are all terms that I have no scripture to reference in order to add to this discussion. Thank you for allowing me to share scripture and my perspective.
  11. Pray however you want, saying 'in Jesus' name' or not, it is indeed the Holy Spirit who brings our prayers to Jesus, and Jesus who knows the mind of the Spirit and then makes intercession to the Father for us. I didn't say that saying the words 'in Jesus' name' makes it mindless, I said to do so mindlessly without understanding of what 'in His name' means is fruitless and too many Christians do so without understanding. I was merely clarifying that fact, not trying to make a mountain out of a molehill.
  12. How true. Some argue that there is no Rapture because the word is not in our Bibles. The counter-response usually explains Jerome’s translation of Greek into Latin and the Latin Vulgate, in which we derive the word. Rapture (or Gr. harpazo) seems generic; what is the definition and meaning, other than being forcefully snatched away or caught up? Biblical examples would be Enoch, Elijah, and Philip snatched away. Lazarus and others, with the example below, are interesting: Matthew 27:52-53 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. Can we say these were Raptured based on the examples above? None are said to have received glorified bodies or taken to the 3rd Heaven, save possibly Enoch. So, from scripture, I see only a one-time event of the saved raised from the dead, and those alive and remain, to receive glorified bodies. After that, they are given white robes and told to wait for their brethren. The age of Grace has ended. Then, at the final resurrection, the Great White Throne, all those destined will be bodily raised, judged, and thrown into the Lake of Fire forever. I do not know, but it seems there is a significant difference between being raised and reanimated again, and the final step in the process of Salvation glorification (we have been saved, we are being saved, we will be saved). There are probably holes and flaws in my thinking. What do you think?
  13. Yeah that is what I thought you must have been referencing. And yes sure, why not! It is my own testimony that an angel can and does appear in the form of a human, even one familiar to the hearer of his message or guidance. It happened to me . I did not understand why the angel seemed so familiar that I would not be startled out of my own skin at his appearance out of nowhere. I learned much later, years later.
  14. Hi, Reads like my own KJV only early churched upbringing as a born again person. BUT the truth is I was turned about from my own sin against God, in denying His existence, by an angel using the appearance of a man, one whom I had great respect for when He lived, and, well still do. Plus I have prayed and found myself speaking in words of no understanding to me. Not edifying to even me, but expressing my deep appreciation of God's mercy upon me individually I believe, as it was in that context that words had failed to express my deep sense of awe of God at that time. I have also been led into periods of vision of things that would soon be revealed to me to be part of my own life experience. So I am not so quick to deny the ability of angels and prophets as my early mentors in Christ from the independent Baptist church I was led to, by of all things a group of pentecostal leaning Christians, did. Fact is I can't deny it, for I have experienced too much that is of God of that arena myself. That it may be imitated or faked, well that is to my mind's thinking simply further evidence that it is real, else it would not be imitated or faked.
  15. We always prayed with church that He'd wait a bit, because everyone needs to get saved, but that was until 15 years ago in Europe, which is easy talking here in freedom. I understand that the persecuted church prays Come Lord Jesus. But for people on Rapture ready who just wanted Him to come in 2012 for selfish reasons, to live happy in heaven and who cares about the rest, I have less understanding.
  16. I don't think the internet is the best place to look for a face to face guide in this process. You do not know who you are getting. Secondly, the person needs to be someone who lives near you. Minneapolis/Saint Paul is a big place as is any large city.
  17. Not another 1000 years because of Hosea 6:2 After two days He will revive us; On the third day He will raise us up, That we may live in His sight.
  18. FOOLISHNESS LUKE 8:12 those by the wayside are they that hear then cometh the devil and ---TAKETH AWAY THE WORD OUT OF THEIR HEARTS--- lest they should believe and be saved --8:15-- but that on the good ground are they which in an honest and good heart having heard the word keep it and bring forth fruit with patience ECCLESIASTES 5:3 for a dream cometh through the multitude of business ---AND A FOOLS VOICE IS KNOWN BY MULTITUDE OF WORDS--- JOHN 3:34 for HE whom GOD hath sent speaketh the words of GOD for GOD ---giveth not the spirit by measure unto HIM **AGAIN** HEBREWS 1:1 GOD who at sundry times and in diverse manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets --1:2-- hath in these last days spoken unto us by HIS son whom HE hath appointed heir of all things by whom also HE made the worlds --1:3-- who being the brightness of HIS glory and the express image of HIS person and upholding ---all things by THE WORD of HIS power --- when HE had --by himself-- purged our sins --- sat down on the right of the majesty on high MATTHEW 12:33 either make the tree good and his fruit good or else make the tree corrupt and his fruit corrupt for the tree is known by his fruit JOHN 6:63 it is the spirit that quickeneth ---THE FLESH PROFITETH NOTHING--- the words that --I SPEAK-- unto you ---they are spirit -- and they are life--- --6:64-- but there are some of you that believe not for JESUS knew from the beginning who they were that believed not ---AND WHO SHOULD BETRAY HIM--- JOHN 8:45 AND BECAUSE --I-- TELL YOU THE TRUTH YOU BELIEVE ME NOT LOVING THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
  19. Well maybe that 1000 year Millennial reign of Christ could begin tomorrow, if you are completely ignoring prophecy altogether and what must come to pass before that, so just what point are you trying to insinuate...if it's the "any moment" rapture then nevermind because its not even worth discussing, and the whole point I was making here is how some knowitall TV preachers are apparently under the impression that we are not even in the final generation much less being in the final 10 years, if that much? But yes the Antichrist could come at any time and then that final 1335 days would begin...but either way it just seems like some people really have no problem with all this world suffering to be extended for as long as possible...and whatever happened to Revelation 22:20?? DONT come Lord Jesus...???
  20. No. There's a definite article. THE great tribulation. It's not a general condition of long duration like 2000 years. It's the same specific GT that only begins after the A of D, as Jesus said. No conflict except in the doctrine of man. Except in the primary resurrection, you mean? The ones who came to life to live and reign with Jesus for 1000 years? The same ones who faced the beast and overcame? Again, definite article, THE great tribulation, not 2000 years of 'THE' GT. Not THE great tribulation. An unjustified conflation as per usual. You hear what you are speaking? Just ignoring this? And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, beside which stood those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name. There is no 'church age'. Again: And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, beside which stood those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name. Impossible. The beast only arrives at the end of the age, not for the last 2000 years does he hold power, he is only given power for 42 months, The so called 'church age' saints had no opportunity to face the beast, therefore no opportunity to refuse the mark and overcome.
  21. I didn't say the Jews and the Church are one. What I do say is the 'church' is the congregation made up of God's people. This congregation began with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, who is Israel. The Israel of God are the people of the faith of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob which predates the 12 tribes, the nation of borders and the Jewish religion. Further, any not of the faith of Abraham that come to the faith of Abraham and are in Jesus Christ, are adopted by God and grafted into the Israel of God, the people of faith. In this way there is no 'christian' but only the church, the congregation, the Israel of faith, the true Israel, in Christ, of the faith of Abraham, grafted into the natural olive tree and adopted as sons of God the Father. You are comparing monkeys to sharks. Which Israel are you talking about? Israel the nation isn't a religion, it's an abstract called a nation. Religion doesn't compare well with map. The church, I can only assume you mean Christianity, is a religion; that doesn't compare at all with true faith. I guess we should define terms if this is to continue.
  22. I don't think the prophets gave them a resume of personal accomplishmets. Then you're making a mistake. Expertise is not solely based on longevity. Age is not the decider of quality, quality and accuracy speak for itself. That sounds like every pastor, minister, priest, deacon, chaplain I have ever talked to. I suppose we'll see one day. I do applaud you for seeing many things others in the pretrib fortress do not see. I don't agree with your specific conclusions as I can find it no where in the scriptures.
  23. Hi, That is alright! Yeshua does not require you to understand me. Not at all. It is only important to all that each that are called, specifically called, by the Holy Spirit respond affirmatively to that call and thus receive the Holy Spirit. For without the enabling by the Holy Spirit the word of God is not understandable to any person. Way too many of us have far too many rules of order for others to seek and receive God and His blessings. All any really need do is hear the call by the Holy Spirit plus, importantly, acknowledge that call. The rules and procedures and many what nots added by mankind are just so much stuff headed for the dung gate.
