So Ayin Jade, why

Why are you following me around worthy lately and criticizing me? Please stop this.

He kept on me PM after PM, blasting away with his mantra even though I asked him to quit several times. Ignoring him is the best option. I don't even read his replies anymore.

There are people who call themselves who claim to believe the Bible is true but deny what it says.

When I believed in Jesus, I knew immediately that all of the bible is true. Some folks Ive encountered over the years believe in Jesus but dont think the bible is all true, or that it was altered or that it is the words of man. Many of them have struggles with faith.

To me, that seems to fit a parable of the sower, in that they are not rooted in the word. It could be just a part of their personal growth. I was fortunate in that the Holy Spirit showed me the truth immediately, that the bible is the word of God and true.

I am seeing more folks lately who claim to be Christian but then also claim that the bible is just the words of men and changeable. Im guessing you could find many in any church who do not read the bible regularly either. Just another way the enemy seeks to weaken faith.

Actually, I liked this answer. I thought it was good. Let's not fight please. One reason I joined a Christian forum was to get away from members fighting with each other.

I have been a Christian for 30 years, but due to all the conflicts in the churches I've stayed away from them. But as far as I have always known, all Christians believe the Bible is true and that it's the word of God. Admittedly, the different denominations interpret different scriptures differently, but they still believe it's the word of God. I am not trying to start a discussion on how we interpret various scriptures, so please don't start doing that.

What I am asking, is there a new movement of people who call themselves Christians who never read the Bible at all, and they think the Bible is totally man made and it was done to control the people? I recently met a young woman who told me this. Is she just 1 in a million or is this a new movement within Christianity? I sure hope it isn't.

I dont know how new it is but I have been in a lot of churches since I was saved and I would be talking to someone or in a sunday school class and say Ive read the whole bible and I guess they went and told others; for the next month I would have all kind of people come up and ask me if I really read the whole bible, kinda like it was impossible or something. In a more or less vote i

would say more have not read the whole bible and less have read the whole bible

That seems an odd comparison. After all, Jesus didnt use a computer either yet you are. It is your choice.

It is very simple, really. The ToS states:

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate,
abusive
, vulgar, hateful,
harassing
, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening,
invasive of a person's privacy
, or otherwise violative of any law.

Abuse of other posters is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, name calling, insulting,
harassing
, threatening or
in any way invading the privacy of another poster
.

How is the moderation team suppose to moderate when the choice is made to not report abuse or violations of the ToS? It is not snitching if someone refuses to abide by your request to stop harassing you. That is why we are here ...

I take issue with anyone who claims Christ (and thusly, to be a Christian), but ignores the Scripture. If you don't understand all of it, that's one thing. None of us understand it all, nor do all of us live by it all. Claiming it is not from God is a whole 'nother thing. Calling God a liar is not a good idea nor recommended. You do so at your peril.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
