Second, yes you find volcanic ash in yellowstone, that matches whats found in that map you presented-but that doesn't necessarily make yellowstone the source-you forget, there used to be 3 volcanos in northeast wyoming, one of which was massive, you know know it as Devils tower-how do you know all that ash didnt come from Devils towere when it erupted?

Was Moses fighting against God when he interceded for Israel? Or Jesus when he intercedes for you and I calming the anger of God? In the particular text you have given it isn't stated expressly who started the storm. What do you do with all of the texts in the old testament that declare God is responsible for the weather? Well I take it this way, Moses was a man, doing what men did before the coming of the Lord and God responded in ways to guide the men of old. Then came Christ, God on Earth to forgive men for their sins, not wipe them out with great storms, or self proclaimed men acting as the hand of God.
