It would probably be a good idea for you to look through some of the very very very long Sabbath threads before you start introducing the subject into other threads..

and worse I am familiar with a lady who at one time in her life was on her last leg and no one would come to her rescue in any way......    She practices black witchcraft and is a devoted follower of Satan....   she will tell you that she understands that Satan can not win the fight with God, but since he was the only one to show her love she is following him right into the fires of hell, and understands that's where she's headed.......   and is very comfortable knowing it's her choice.  She is actually a believer but has chosen the dark side.  She needs prayer.

You mean she is deceived to think she is a believer?

James 2:19

19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Getting back to your OP,I am not sure ibf those are really questions or statements,so do pardon me if I misunderstand what you are really trying to get across????

You said non believers cannot see their sin & do not believe in the devil(sounds like a statement?)   But in response to that being said....I think we cannot categorize ALL unbelievers into one group or for that matter I think it depends on the individual......the Holy Spirit can & will convict anyones heart at anytime or not......plus,there are many a non-believer that knows exactly what they are doing & willingly choose to sin,,,,,,as far as non believers not believing in the devil,again.....depends on the individual, some do /some don't

Can a believer see sin visibly & clear?Really? Again, people are individuals & individual believers are all at a specific place in their Christianity & their walk with Christ....ultimately from the time we arrive at the foot of the cross, surrender to Christ & submit to His Lordship, our walk with Him should bring us right to the Throne of Grace & into the arms of our Loving Father ......by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit we walk in spirit & in truth ...having the heart & mind of Christ Jesus......some are on a very short walk, some tour the neighborhood first.......we reside in a body of flesh & blood which is at war with our spirit,,,, the more we decrease(crucifying our own flesh on the cross with Jesus)the more He will increase...............in all of this our hearts are convicted by the Holy Spirit, whether or not one will see their sin CLEARLY(or temptations or iniquities)would depend greatly on their submitting to Christ with out reservations & their willingness to receive what the Holy Spirit reveals..................some believers know about Jesus & truly do not KNOW Jesus, can He then give His Holy Spirit? He did not give His Spirit to the apostles right away after He rose from the dead until they were fully committed to Him......we cannot truly know a persons relationship with God as we cannot see their heart.....there is only one person that I can answer for with this question....that is myself....

Special Power? That was answered enough times,,,,,none at all,but access to ...& by the Holy Spirit,,,,,Glory to God!!!!!

Lastly ,can the believer see deception in the non-believer......I think this may be better said that with discernment to try & know the spirits by the Power of the Holy Spirit ,yes.....do all receive this gift,no......must one have the gift to discern,no -the Holy Spirit can reveal whatever He wants ,whenever He wants to whoever He wants

Praise be to God,may the Holy Spirit lead you & guide you into all of Gods Timeless Truths

In Christ Jesus, peace & joy to you'

This is interesting topic for me.

Since nonbelievers cannot see their own sin (or do not believe in a devil),

can believers see their sin as visual and clear.

Does this give believers a specific power,

for example..we can see the devil's work (the deception) in that nonbeliever as visual and clear.

Well ...

It's all about the Holy Spirit, aint it?  :-) He convicts, reminds, encourages, and reveals.  The world does not know Him, and cannot receive Him.  So, I'd say that you are accurate.  Maybe not detailed, but definately on the side of Truth.

"None of the wicked will understand, but the wise will understand" - Daniel, in his prophecy of the last days.

And what is "power"?  Isn't Power of the Holy Spirit?  Jesus told them to tarry in Jerusalem until POWER from on high came down on them.  He was talking about the Spirit.

And what of the other Scripture that says that [psuedoChristians and religious people] will have a FORM of Godliness, but will deny the POWER thereof?  Again, they lack the Spirit.  So ... I believe the Holy Spirit is at the core of it all.  He convicts all men of sin - saint and sinner alike.  Moreso us though.  After all, didn't Jesus say that part of the function of the Holy Spirit is to:

John 16 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of SIN, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
