The single greatest tool I have ever used in understanding God is honest prayer for God is a Father who answers the needs of those who honestly seek him.

Remember, as you read the Bible....it is not just a book of stories and instructions.  It is exactly what God wants us to know....which He gave because He loves us.  We, as Christians, use the Bible as the standard for everything we do.  Pray for God to lead you as you read.

If you are truly searching for truth, you will find God, and when you find him he will guide you into all truth.  He will not forsake anyone that comes to him by giving him a counterfeit Word. His Word is truth, and as long as you have that hunger for truth, and place it at no. 1 in your heart, you can get through that first wall of confusion. 

You might not find the right bible straight away, but as you grow, he will lead you. 

He will look deep inside your heart, and give you according to your heart.  If you seek him with your whole heart, soul and mind, he will not hold anything back from you.

It may be too early for Bible Hub. Stick with one Bible for now and get into the heart of the Gospel. Start with the Gospel of John and spend much time in that Gospel. You will learn much about who Jesus is, what He has said, and what He has done for you.

You will find that much of what you've learned is just the opposite in Scripture.
