Trump did not say that he could declassify anything.   You're trying to muddy the water on the issue.  I am being more precise about what was said, while you try to misrepresent what was said.

According to Exec Order 13526, POTUS can declassify anything. But what Trump said was that he had the "absolute right" to do so!
