For those of you who are needle phobic they have a new approach to the flu shot. I believe they are doing that now.

Its interesting but ...

The anti flu vaccine crowd will likely still reject it. 

It will likely be expensive and not covered by most insurance plans. 

100 test subjects is far too small a population to adequately test this. A typical good study would involve a much higher number. 

Personally I would likely continue to take the traditional injection.

Every time I get the flu shot my health goes down. The years I don't get it I get less sick. One year two days after I got the shot I threw up for ten hours straight.  I thought I was going to die. I know it works but for me it hurts.

The last few years in my area the the flu shot has turned out to not apply to the strains of flu that showed up.  That made it pretty much useless.  Add to that how a couple friend s repeatedly get sick when they get their yearly flu shot, then one friend's child that ended up with with an adverse reaction that cause a permanent disability.  No thanks.

Amen brother bryan. My wife nor myself never have taken them. Just more drugs mainlined. 60% effectiveness claimed.  Last time my wife went in for regular ck up, her DR. was out with the flu. She then gets upset with my wife because she won't get the shots. Go figure.

Working around some 300 kids and a few hundred adults I got the flu shots every year. I managed to stay healthy each year, year after year, as those around me that failed to do likewise were falling victim to the flu.

At my age I don't need complications of flu so I take the flu shot each year.

Hi there. Yes they are supposed to ask you if you have egg allergies and whatever the culture for the shots is grown in. Some people die due to this step not being enforced.
For those who think it is purely synthetic, well, not exactly!
I have to take a shot from time to time I call 'Hamster Juice'. Why? Because in China, where it is made, they use Hamster ovaries to produce the agent for synthesizing what is required for the injection.
So after the jab, I make funny noises and twitch my nose to make the nurses crack a smile.

I'm not debating, but questions I ask myself.

(1) How effective is it? What's the track record of the type of flu the vaccine was made for and what type of flu arrived? Hint: The guessing is horrible.

(2) How do you exactly know what is in the vaccine you are getting ejected / ingested with?

(3) How many people or what percentage does this cause death to and / or bad reactions?

Listen carefully to the auctioneer disclaimers of most drug advertisements on radio and TV, and what they have caused to a certain segment of people. I wish I could talk that fast to people when I didn't want them to comprehend what I was saying. The relief could be worse than the symptom. Drugs don't cure anything but treat the symptoms. I'm an expert because I have initials after my name...

Get your adequate amount of fruits intake and those shots won't be needed in most cases.  One orange a day is a good idea.  Doc has been after me for ten yrs  to take it and won't touch it. Don't need the mercury and whatever else may be in there .  Allergies suffers may have no choice.
