Heaven in that verse means SKY, where do we meet the Lord at the rapture, in the air (the sky).

Correction: it CAN mean sky, but in context, it means all over heaven (when the dead saints go) and all over earth where the alive saints are found. This gathering is NOT Paul's gathering.

Yes, CERTAINLY God will gather His elect from all over heaven - but it won't be the church!  The church gets gathered from the earth.

You still have not explained how YOU will get to the marriage.

 

Yeshua told the Disciples in the Upper Room he would not drink of the vine until they were with him in Paradise.   We know in Spirit when we die, we are with God immediately, but in BODY, that is not until the Second Advent which comes after the Tribulation ends.   The marriage will take place then.

These verse are conclusive of how people were and acting before the flood came.   And even though the Tribulation will be difficult for sinners, they won't know when it ends, why the sun darkens, the moon fails, the stars fall, and especially when Yeshua shall return.

 

But the Elect do, they will know when Tribulation ends because the sun darkens, the moon fails, the stars fall and soon after Yeshua will return!!

I believe that you are genuine and 100% sincere in thinking that you heard from God.  But I don't believe on the issue of Pre-Trib, that you did hear from God... knowing that God Himself made it clear in Matthew 24, what the chain of events will be, including the Elect will be in the Tribulation and gathered at the very end of it.

That is why I have not outright accused or brought accusation against this poster.   However, God in Matthew 24 puts us at the end of Tribulation, that I believe can be a red flag if someone claims God instructed them otherwise!!

You have a wrong view of what is going on here.  As is the day of Noah;  Eating, drinking, marriage and giving in marriage. Status Quo, be going on for years, nothing new is about to happen. So shall at the coming of the Son of Man.  (Which Coming, Which Gathering).

Let's see.  2nd Seal - Peace is taken from the earth (what will this  do to eating and drinking); 3rd Seal - Famine, (what will this do to eating and drinking); 4th Seal - 1/4 of those who live on this earth die.  1st Trumpet - 1/3 of the earth is burned; 2nd Trumpet - 1/3 of the seas turn to blood; 3rd Trumpet - 1/3 of the springs and rivers turn to blood.  Then after the 4th Trumpet are the Three Woes.  Where is Noah's time of eating, drinking, marrying and giving in marriage in all of this? And then there are the rest of the Trumpets and then the Bowls.  All this in anticipation of another (brief time), "as in the Day's of Noah". This narrative does not work.

As In the "Days of Noah" will work right at this time, but it will not work, mid - Pre Wrath - or Post Trib.  Too much fear, chaos, uncertainty at this time.
