And I’m simply pointing out that President Trump has the undying loyalty of many conservative Christians for doing a few visible things (regardless of whatever else he has done that has garnered less attention). The point you are making is not relevant for a very large number of his supporters.

I can't think of one thing I disagree with Trump on.

Okay so maybe you will ask: Well, who are YOU (Createdequal) that we should CARE what you agree or disagree about?

Well, I consider myself more educated than most Americans. Typos in my posts indicate nothing more than being rushed.

Mostly I have educated myself by reading non-fiction for many years and I also have some college credits (history, etc).

I once took an I.Q. test and it was above average

I try to think things through to their logical conclusion before making up my mind. I hope all Americans learn to do the same before 2020

I think things through (as best I can) every topic brought up in debates and so forth... such thoughtfulness, appreciation for logic and so on explains why I am a Republican

I am also a devout Christian, someone who has read the whole bible and some parts of it repeatedly. There are parts of it I don't quite understand and some things I have a hard time accepting, mostly in the Old Testament. In any case I have now explained somewhat who I am. I have also been through many "interesting" experiences in life and have endured egregious persecution.

So yes, that makes me credible in my opinion.

I don't see how Trump could be doing much of a better job, except maybe he could do something about the homeless problem. That's about all I can think of.

So why all this criticism from even from other "Republicans"?

I don't get it.

But as I said elsewhere, I think most people do not care much about the truth. Some care more about appearing to be "fair minded" for example than being truth-minded. In other words people will agree with the left rather than appear to be narrow minded by disagreeing with them too often.

I took the liberty of cleaning up your many spelling and grammar errors, as well as tidy up some bad punctuation and sentence structure. The reason I did this is not to be mean or sarcastic but to illustrate a point. If a person is going to make their perceived intelligence the focal point of why one should give their views weight, then it is extremely important to write in a way that demonstrates stated intelligence. I don't personally sit down to create a response until I have time to carefully consider what I'm writing. I'm certainly not perfect, you will notice I edit even very old posts of mine when I notice a spelling or grammar error. But I also don't brag about how smart I think I am which (deservedly) invites scrutiny.

I also:

- Read non-fiction extensively.

- Have a masters degree.

- A very high I.Q.

- Been through "interesting" experiences. (Really, who here hasn't?)

None of this gives my views any weight whatsoever because the validity of an argument stands or falls based on the evidence presented. If you think Trump is doing a good job when many others don't, the issue is not that we're all a bunch of dolts who don't "get it" we just have a very different notion of what a "good" job is.

If he admitted to wrongdoing and asked for forgiveness and showed repentance, I would agree. He has not. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing that has sadly fooled a great number of conservative Christians by doing a few things that we like (appointing conservative judges).

why because cnn (clinton news network) says so?

i have no evidence he is a sheep in wolf's clothing. And even if he was not as good @ policy as he obviously is, Christians would HAVE to vote for him because he is the ONLY one who is pro life..

I apologize if this comes off as antagonistic, but peacocking your IQ doesn't really win a person points in a debate. More... Makes one lose points. It's not simply a matter of IQ either, after all. All the knowledge in the world can't help someone if they can't think.

More of an independent, myself. I lean either left or right depending on the issue and the situation, or even lean elsewhere if neither of the two parties befits the problem. I don't think Trump is doing a terrible job either, and if nobody else arises, I might vote for him. That being said, my compliments are only with what's been done. His personality and... Social grace are what i'm not very in to. Also, he seems to spend quite a bit of time tweeting and watching the news. Though, while I accuse him of stirring up the pot, many of his adversaries do the same; a bunch of pointless drama that has no place in politics, much less in civilized society, in my opinion. Still, as I said, he fills the role of president well enough. Certainly better than Obama.

I understand your sentiments and agree that the pro-life stance is critical. That's why I am hoping and praying for a 2020 candidate with this perspective that ALSO exhibits a character much more similar to the example of Jesus Christ.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
