It shows.....

I can usually answer a question in a sentence or two. None of my posts are long.

We need to know that nobody but Jesus ever obeyed these two commands .......we need a “ loop- hole”. Is there one? I believe there is a giant one! I can even pinpoint exactly where it can be found! Look in 1Cor15:1-4.... by golly, There “ IS” one ! Let’s thank God for His Love and His Amazing Grace !

We've all sinned, but we need to repent, according to Jesus (Matt 4:17).

The fact is that Peter and Paul preached the same gospel.  This was verified when Paul went to Jerusalem to compare his teaching to the other apostles.  Paul challenged Peter about circumcision but Peter agreed with him.  The trust of this is that the Holy Spirit inspired all of the New Testament and Old Testament 66 book cannon.  One of the proofs is that there is no error found there like those found in the aprocrypha.

2Pe 3:15  And count the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him, 2Pe 3:16  as he does in all his letters when he speaks in them of these matters. There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures.

Shabbat shalom, Willa.

Actually, while Peter and Paul preached the same gospel, it is PAUL who is most misunderstood! Everyone should know that Peter preached (heralded) the gospel (good news) about the Kingdom of God; however, SO DID PAUL! To his gospel was ADDED the "death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord Yeshua` the Messiah." (1 Corinthians 15:1-4ff.) That did not constitute his WHOLE take on the gospel!

Anyone who reads Romans chapters 9 through 11 and Ephesians 2 should be able to come to the same conclusion (if one doesn't go into these chapters with preconceived expectations and reads his writings instead with an open mind).

And, you may not recognize it, but the "church" (Greek: ekkleesia = "a called-out" assembly) actually began with the Exodus from Egypt! The very first such congregation was the children of Israel around Mount Sinai, when God PERSONALLY and AUDIBLY talked to them all!

Stephen said,

Acts 7:35-40 (KJV)

35 "This Moses whom they refused, saying,

'Who made thee a ruler and a judge?'

the same did God send to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him in the bush. 36 He brought them out, after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years. 37 This is that Moses, which said unto the children of Israel,

'A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear.'

38 This is he, that was in the church (Greek: ekkleesia) in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us
39 To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt, 40 Saying unto Aaron,

'Make us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.'..."

Those in Christ before Paul had believed the preaching of Peter and the apostles. They were not in the body of Christ.

I don't agree. Everyone who believe in Christ is member of His body.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
