Your thoughts?

If we count up the heads in Daniel 7:
1:  The Beast with the lion head - - - -   - - - - - - - -  - 1 head

2. The Beast that looked like a Bear - - - - - - - - - - - - 1 head

3. The Beast that looked like a leopard with 4 wings - - -    4  1 heads

4. The  terrible beast - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 1 head.

These add up to 7  4 heads.

represent Babylon,  Medo-Persia , Greece and Rome (At the time of Christ?).

For Revelation many have thought:

1. Egypt

2. Assyria

3. Babylon  -  Dan. 2  begins here because its in the time of Daniel in Babylon

4. medo-Persia

5. Greece

6. Rome

7. The Beast of Rev. 13 -  This is still the Iron Kingdom Rome, the iron and clay condition, still has the strength of iron but a divided kingdom Dan.2:41, it became weaken.

Its the last kingdom = Dan.2 iron and clay  Dan.7 the 4th Beast  Rev.13 2beast Rev.17 8th beast is of the seven kingdom beast.

Your thoughts?

These Kingdoms are the one that has ruled over Israel or God's people.

The revived Iron Kingdom Rev. 13 & 17 will rule again, its the last one according to Dan.2 and Dan. 7. The Iron Kingdom finally die out.

My take on this.

If we notice that the Beast in Rev. 13 comes up out of the sea, but the Beast in Rev. 17 comes up out of the bottomless pit - then they cannot be the same Beast.  I think the beast of chapter 17 is the wicked spirit behind the man, while the Beast of chapter 13 is the Antichrist man himself.

Or perhaps the sea is a metaphor for the abyss because of its seemingly bottomless nature.  There aren't 21 heads and 40 horns.  There are only seven heads and 10 horns.

Rev. 17 8th Beast

The Woman sits on the = waters, mountains, and the Beast = these three are one union or same group.

They are all in the wilderness with the woman. v1

So the waters , mountains, and the Beast all have humanity into it.

So how much differences is the sea and water ? probably nothing

What is different is this one comes up out of the bottomless pit. People don't do that. The devil might.

I don't think the bottomless pit is hole in the ground without a bottom to it.     Especially inside the Earth.

The beast is a people(a nation or nations)  system government and this type of system came from the ungodly false bottomless world(on top of Earth).

To me the beast from the sea, Earth and the bottomless pit is all here on the Earth, because it is about people.

Proverbs 10:25   As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more: but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.

Ephesians 2:20   And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

Luke 6:48

48  He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.
Luke 6:49

49  But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

So what is the difference from this rock and the earth ? is this a real place or a condition ?

Consider a hole in the ground (Not physical but spiritual) where  the wicked dead get dropped into hell.  There are probably many such places around the planet. An angel or demon could enter one place and come out another place on the opposite side of the planet. In other words, no "bottom."  I know one man that died three times, and went deep into the earth three times - until he saw the fires of hell. But each time got prayed back into his body. It seemed to him that he went straight down from his bedroom. The first time he came up on the porch, the second time in his bedroom, and the third time right beside his bed.

Perhaps spirits don't need any kind of tunnel but can descend down to hell from any point on the planet's surface.

In other words, I see no reason to make "bottomless pit" into something symbolic.

So is the beast from the pit is spiritual ?

The beast from the sea and earth is not spiritual right ?

The Red Dragon Satan(not called a beast by Revealtion) is from heaven, an Angelical being, he wouldn't be spiritual since he has a body right ?

I don't think that there is a scripture to show that Satan can go back and forth in some fiery hellish place. Why would he.

So do you think Satan is in the bottomless pit now or ever has been ?

Seem to me you think there is another world in the earth, that is free to come and go ? correct me on this if I am wrong

As far as some that believe in a hell, those being are locked up in that place, if there is really anybody there before the judgment.

Only in Tartarus are the original Watchers (Aramaic) locked up until the end. The deeps are full of bad spirits. The chaos monsters are also there. the come and go as they please.

Only the low level spirits (from dead Nephilim) plague us. The other tiers are over the nations (Deut 32). They are condemned (psalm 82) but for now they hold sway over the nations and are territorial spirits.

Rev.17:v.13 These (10 kings) have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the Beast (of the sea).  BUT AT THE END the of it all, the 10  kings will rise up against the woman who rides upon the Beast of sea.  The Beast of sea is the Pope or the Papacy, and the WOMAN is the Roman Catholic Church.  The 7 kings are a lineage of Popes linked to the Woman, evidently, that is a lineage of Pope Paul, from one to seven, six already are fallen, the seventh will come yet and it be Paulus VII, by the way the LAST Pope.

Hi Oseas,

We need to think a bit more carefully here. God is revealing the Political, the Economic and Religious aspects of the Global Government. And we need to see the difference.

Now the `beast` the composite beast of Dan. 7, is Political, for it is a `fourth kingdom.`

And the Pope is only one aspect of the `woman,` false religion, and the woman is over ALL the false religions. The RC is not over all these. However the UN`s moral values are accepted though out all areas of society and in every country.

The Economic aspect of the Global Government is overseen by the `false Prophet,` who has the `buying and selling` authority (economic) and the religious side. We know the religious side gets done away with however the false prophet still continues to oversee the economic area.

regards, Marilyn.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
