You are the one that wrote about how having faith in our deaths in Christ, frees one from their sins.. This is very true and very correct. All I’m trying to do is to get you to carry out this truth that you already know by an inward revelation a bit further so you might rejoice even more..

But if you don’t want or can’t receive this at this time it’s ok, because if it be of God, in His time it will find a home...

I have tried to get this topic back on track, but the OSAS discussion is so passionate that is seems best to close this out. 

Most of you know of the message that I have been asked to share with any and all who will listen.  It is the message of the new man. In the new man, walking in agreement with God that sin shsll not have dominion over us, we can face any temptation satan throws at us, and do it with joy. 
 

Why? Because the new man will take the way of escape God has promised us in every temptation .... every time. The purpose of the thread was to say that God has shown me that the Covid-19 virus is our wake-up call. More shakings are coming, and in short order. 

Temptations we have endured so far are nothing compared to the ones on the horizon.  Up til now, our record of resisting temptations overall has not been great, certainly not to the point we count it all  joy when we undergo temptations. 

How often when tempted with our 'Achilles heel' sin, whatever it may be personally, God has insured it is not too much for us to endure without caving to its pull. And just as He has promised, He makes a way of escape so that we can bear it. And yet, do we take it? 

It is critical we understand why. If we have not yet stood on the truth that it is no longer us, but Chrost who now lives in us, we are still living in our fallen nature. Our shield of faith, which our God guarantees will quench ALL the fiery arrows of the enemy. does not do so automatically. It mist be wielded, and only the new nature can do so.

Dark times are coming. What we have walked in up till now has gotten us this far, but will not suffice in the days ahead. God is even now moving on us to awaken to who we are and put on our armor so thst we will be able to stand no matter the intensity of the coming storm. He has asked me to warn and to point any who are hungry for truly abiding in Him, where we do not fulfill the lusts of the flesh,  as to how to find that ark of rest and safety. 

When God gives something  which seems new as it has not been preached, there is always resistance. It comes with the territory. But for me to stop sharing the message I do when God miraculously appeared to me and showed me the path to walking  'free indeed' and then asked me to faithfully share it, I can do nothing else, even with the cost of being misunderstood. 

I pray that  as the coming days unfold, our the trial of our faith increases exponentially, the Lord brings to mind again the truth of who each of you are, and that supernatural faith arises in your heart in the multitude of promises our God has clearly given us. 

May God lead us all as deep into the light of Christ as we can get. We serve the God of miracles. It is time we stopped saying it and stepped out of the boat and believed it in a practical way.  It is time we become water walkers. ?

On a Christian Forum that contains real believers who understand that God and God alone uses only the Blood Atonement to Redeem the Lost, and that this Same Holy God offers this Salvation as an ETERNAL FREE GIFT, ..... then it has to be so that we find  those  who resists this Gospel Truth,  who bend this truth,  and continually try to hide this truth using the false gospel of "self righteous works", then,..... if they are not being resisted, then there is something very wrong happening on the "Christian" Forum.

When however, subversive theology is being revealed by God on a Christian Forum, then this Revealed Light imparts a unique deepening of the understanding of God's mercy into almost every reader who is wanting to SEE.

God is good.  And ive learned that  God will bring light to the darkness, He will spotlight it, reveal it,  so that those who are wanting to SEE THE LIGHT, will find it to be so clear, and becomes more so.

I'm just going to drop this in here.  This whole OSAS or can you lose it question is central to the dividing He is accomplishing even now...and as long as it remains unresolved it's going to intrude into attempts to correct misconceptions about deeper truths...truths of being dead....living dead....dead to flesh and His life animating us...spirit, soul and body.

It's a shame such an amazing revelation as Gideon has been sent to share keeps getting sidetracked by that unresolved issue.  It won't be forever...there is an answer.  We fail to apprehend what that answer is because we have not laid our foundation as instructed in Hebrews 6:1-3.

That will need to be laid....then milk we're choking on now will give way to meat consumption....and maturity.

Also you dont "gain" eternal life by following anyone.  And to teach that you are to gain it by doing something rejects the Grace of God as being a Free Gift, and denies that The Cross and Jesus's blood is what GAINED your eternal life FOR YOU.

You think you are to gain it, and that is a false Gospel that denies that JESUS Gained it for everyone.  John 3:16.     You are trying to be your own savior by following.  You are teaching that following Christ is what saves YOU, when in fact its being Born Again that saves a person. And being Born again does not come by following, it comes by BEING Born Again by God, when you give God your Faith and He gives you the "righteousness of Christ"..    

Listen, you are not saved by following anyone, you are saved because JESUS SAVES YOU with His Blood and His Death.

God has to deal with your SIN thru using the shed blood of JESUS.  And you dont get that by following Christ's footsteps, Hazard.

 "Jesus Himself entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own BLOOD, = thus obtaining eternal redemption for us".

We all know we are saved by the death and resurrection of Christ. Peter denied Christ three times of which he wept bitterly and repented. Peter never blasphemed the Holy Spirit. That's the unforgivable sin.

Jesus said in many verses we should follow Him. Jesus extended an invitation to follow to every single kind of person imaginable — rich people, poor people, people who were spiritual, people who weren’t spiritual. He didn’t place a bunch of conditions on His offer. He just invited them to follow.

Matthew 4: 19, And he saith unto them, FOLLOW ME, and I will make you fishers of men. 

Matthew 16: 24, Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and FOLLOW ME.

Matthew 19:  21, Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and FOLLOW ME.

Mark 8:  34, And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and FOLLOW ME.

Mark 10:  21, Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and FOLLOW ME.

John 1:  43, The day following Jesus would go forth into Galilee, and findeth Philip, and saith unto him, FOLLOW ME.

I dont know how this thread got so sidetracked.  But we have enough OSAS debates going on.   

I doubt this is what Gideon intended.  I'm going to go ahead and lock it up.
